Date Submitted: August 03, 2008 Date of Stay: March 2008 Different groups of our family stayed at the property at various times throughout our 5 week stay, and the house was well set up and flexible to accommodate all of us. The house is ideally situated with a short walk to the beach, and the backyard pool and surroundings are absolutely superb. The house was clean and spacious, and the attached two car garage is a bonus to get vehicles out of the sun. The owners have also thought of most things that one might need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys and bicycles. Date Submitted: October 07, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008 Our family of three adults rented for a week in late July-early August. Despite concerns about summer storms, we had a week of magnificent weather with just three afternoon showers. Vero is quiet in the summer but we had plenty of restaurants to choose from. We also took full advantage of the poolside gas grille. The house and grounds more than lived up to the website description and photos -- in fact, the new photos capture the beauty and elegance of this property much better. The owner was professional but easy to deal with throughout the process -- concerned but not intrusive. Located on a quiet street, an easy bike ride to town, the house has a great location; you can just stroll out your door up a private path to an empty beach. The spotless interior, spacious layout and uniquely attractive pool made this rental perfect. The chic, white interior reflects the good taste of the French owners and added a comfortable neutrality not often found in rental houses. In fact, this house compared beautifully to a villa we rented in St. Bart's the summer before. This is one of those houses you wish you didn't have to share with others.
