  This is a great house. It is spacious, immaculate and well equipped. The owner, Pascal is a delight to work with. My daughter's family with 4 children have rented this property for the last 2 Spring breaks and we hope to continue this family tradition. Reef Lane is conveniently located and close to the wonderful shops and restaurants in Vero Beach. Five stars says it all!

  We had a wonderful stay over Christmas week with our family of 5 and 2 grandparents. The house was very clean and we were very impressed with the casual elegance of the home that made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. Pascal welcomed us when we arrived and answered all of our questions before, during and after our stay. He was a perfect host! We had several warm sunny days and were able to enjoy the pool for most of the week. The walk to the beach was very close and could easily accommodate 2 elderly grandparents. We thought the beach was one of the nicest and cleanest beaches we've ever seen and the kids enjoyed the waves and using the boards provided at the house. We loved the beautiful, pristine nature sites in the area off of Indian River and would highly recommend a trip to see the manatees at the Round Island Park.

  We just returned from a week's stay at this beautiful house in Vero Beach. It was exactly what we were looking for and provided a restful and enjoyable getaway with my family. There was plenty of room for myself, my wife, my two kids (ages 8 and 5) and my sister to spread out and each do his or her own thing, and there were plenty of opportunities to gather together and have some quality family time. Pascal, the owner, was very helpful throughout the entire process and ensured that our stay was a pleasant one. The house had a variety of beach toys and bikes that we enjoyed. My daughter particularly liked the bicycle built for two. The beach was a short walk away with very few people on it. With only a handful of people as far as the eye could see, we felt like it was our private beach for the week. My kids and I collected shells and watched the sea turtles swim by just offshore while my wife relaxed by the pool at the house, my father searched the beach with his metal detector and my mother enjoyed the rooftop deck. I highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a place to relax with their family.

  This is a great house to rent if your looking in Vero Beach. The house is very large and provides 2 huge bedrooms on one side of the house with on-suite bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms on the other side with a shared bathroom. The rest of the house is wide open. The pool is fabulous with lost of chairs tables and loungers. If you're too hot the roof deck provides a great ocean breeze. There are plenty of amenities provided like beach towels, pool toys, games and bikes. The beach is so close. Pascal responded to all of our requests immediately - before, during and after our trip. The internet speed work very well although it is a little spotty on one side of the house because the wireless router is in one corner of the house. A great trip.

  Brought my entire family to this Vero Beach Home (8 of us). Had a great experience. Very close to beach, a short walk. Home was immaculate, four large bedrooms, one with two twin beds, a pack and play for our youngest granddaughter. Plenty of pool and beach accessories including chairs, umbrellas, kids stuff. Kitchen fully equiped, large area to cook, large fridge/freezer to keep our food supplies, two large dining tables, gobs of space. Felt secure. Roof top sun area has view of ocean, hear the ocean at night. Pool was a comfortable 85 degrees as advertised. Area is higher end, Vero Beach shops are small town feel with good dining options. Beach is uncrowded and expansive sand. Graddaughters had field day running on beach, collecting shells, beach toys and buckets and plastic shovels/rakes provided. Owner has a nice book with accurate instructions and info on the area. A few hours from Disney. Owner was great to work with: prompt, polite, professional. Returned our deposit within a few days of departure. Highly recommended, descriptions accurate. Our new favorite.

  We were so pleasantly surprised by our stay in Vero Beach! The house was awesome ~ there were 3 couples who stayed and we were thrilled with the property. It was clean and well maintained with lots of comfortable furniture both inside and outside. We relaxed around the pool, had cocktails on the rooftop deck, took long walks on the beach and enjoyed the close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The house looks just like the pictures ~ tastefully decorated and homey. We had all the amenities: fully stocked kitchen (we did much of our own cooking and had all the utensils and appliances we needed), bathrooms complete with linens, soap and hair dryer, and beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas. Pascal was extremely accommodating and was always available to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommended this property and I'm hoping to go again soon!!

  In a world of disappointment and poor customer service, Pascal and his shared home exceeded everything we thought it would be. He thought of everything and then some. The layout, cleanliness, decor and accommodations were exceptional. The flow of the home was incredible for having our whole family with us and being able to relax, cook, work and entertain and still be able to be in the same conversation. The french style doors opened to the pool area making the ocean breeze blow right through the home and at night you can hear the waves crashing in. We were delighted to see child locks on the doors leading to the pool area. The garage was filled with toys, high chairs, bikes for the family, pool toys, beach toys, boogie boards, and even tools to help fix our broken luggage. Pascal, the owner, lacked NOTHING! He was a pleasure to speak with before and during our stay. NEVER a problem with communication!! We practically had the whole end of the street to ourselves and the private beach never had more than 3 people walking on it at once. It was conveniently located down from CVS and 7-11 for those small necessities and only a few short miles over the causeway to grab morning Starbucks and Publix markets. The beds and linens were nicer than most 4 star hotels I have stayed at and having room for everyone to live comfortably was more accommodating than any other experience we have ever had. The experience and desirable atmosphere that my family and I enjoyed, is one we will never forget! Thank you Pascal and Elisa for allowing us to build beautiful memories!! :)

  We stayed here and felt like we were on vacation without even leaving. We were in town to visit my grandparents in Johns Island which was a short hop down the road away. We were 3 generations, my mom, my husband and I and my children ages 5 & 6 - who are swimmers. There was so much space, it was so clean, and between the pool and the beach which is right there - I could have stayed forever. IT was a great shabby chic style as well. We will definitely return!

  We recently returned from our stay here with our family of three young children (all under age 6), grandparents, and nanny and had a wonderful, wonderful time! We really, really enjoyed Vero Beach and absolutely LOVED the house. The house is as lovely in person--probably more so--as it is on the website. It was the perfect lay-out for our group of 8, with two large master suites, two other sizable bedrooms, and three bathrooms. I am very particular with regard to accommodations and must mention that the furnishings and interior decorating were tasteful and chic while still being practical and not overly precious or too fancy (an important consideration with three young children in tow!). We especially loved the family room and breakfast room, right off the kitchen, and leading out into the pool area. We spent a lot of time out at the pool, which had an outdoor dining area and lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Although we didn't spend quite as much time there, the roof deck was also quite cool with lots of seating areas and umbrellas--it felt very "Miami." The house was on a dead end, so we felt very comfortable letting our children play out in the front yard, and was about two houses back from the beach, which we had nearly to ourselves the whole time we were there. For those with young children, there were loads of beach and pool toys and boogie boards in the garage, as well as high chairs, booster seats, and a portable crib. The owner was very pleasant, responsive, and easy to deal with. This was truly one of the most relaxing and fun vacations we have ever had!

  The listing and photos for this home were perfect representations of all that the home offered. We enjoyed a fabulous 2 weeks at this home with our multi-generational family, ages 1yr to 83 yrs. There was something for everyone with plenty of room for all. The home was immaculately clean and even though the home is furnished in all white/cream, it was still easy to maintain. The pool was perfect for all ages. The view from the roof-top was extraordinary and the beach was nearly priviate Better yet, the owner went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with the family.

  We stayed in this house in July 2010, I can't say enough about the wonderful time we had and how much we enjoyed this house and it's private pool and beach!. The owner Pascal was very nice with accomodations and communication with us, he did everything to make our week of vacation the nicest!!. The house is very nice as described 100%. Heated private pool and ONE MINUTE walk to the private beach with clean and nice sand. We are coming back for sure!, beleive me you can't go wrong with choosing this place for your vacation. Thanks Pascal!!

  What a lovely house! The location was a s good as being oceanfront. Short walk and NO CROWDS! How delightful to not be at a beach with people setting up camp on top of you. It was quiet and private. Very comfortable house with soothing decor! The weather was perfect, no rain the entire week. We rented a Kayak and took it out on the ocean and got to see so many sea turtles, we had no idea that Vero Beach was a nesting area. It was neat! We enjoyed our stay immensely.

  We had a terrific time at this lovely vero beach home. It is quite spacious, with two master suites and plenty of room for our family of eight. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and was very comfortable, although a couple more lounge chairs in the "family room" would be nice since we had a large group. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful clean private pool, patio and yard. It is a very short walk to the beach (I think I counted about 180-200 steps) and we could even bring our 94 year old grandmother down the path to the beach, which was basically pristine, and we hardly saw another soul unless they were walking by. The garage is full of every playtoy you could want at the beach, from umbrellas to chairs to bogie boards and bikes. The centrally located kitchen had every amenity. The wireless internet was easy to access for keeping up with email or those who unfortunately have to work during vacation. I was hesitant to rent "over the internet", but everything was smooth and uneventful with the gracious owner. We highly recommend this place. Hope you would enjoy your time as much as we did.

  This is a lovely home in Vero Beach, clean, very well appointed with fully equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. Home is large with 4 bedrooms, two with their own master bath and the other two bedrooms share a bath. Terrific location, 2 miles to village and a short walk to the beautiful ocean beach. Best of all, the home has its own pool and a lovely, private patio and yard. Highly recocomend for a family or for two familes to share.

  Our family of 11 members (grandchildren to grandparents) spent 10 delightful days at this property. The accommodations were perfect, the layout of the house lent itself to easy maneuvering of meals, games, and conversations. The amenities at the house, pool and shore toys, were very helpful to keep everyone entertained. The pool was a definite plus for the grandchildren. The property was immaculate and near both the ocean and shopping. We would recommend this property wholeheartedly. It is as advertised, and more.

  For our family reunion, we spend 3 weeks at this beautiful house. Vero beach is a really nice and quiet area during summer time. The location of the house is perfect, a few step from the beach and not far from shopping. The beach is the most peaceful beach I ever saw in Florida. The house is just great, very tastefully and beautiful decoration, very clean. The kids enjoy the pool every day for many hours! Pascal is very nice, always response to you very fast and really care to our comfort. I really hope I will have the chance to go back to this wonderful house! Quelques mots en français pour dire que cette maison est absolument extraordinaire! Nous y avons passé 3 magnifiques semaines entre cousines et nos enfants qui ont eu un plaisir fou! La piscine et la mer sont une combinaison gagnante avec des enfants. Vero Beach est un endroit à découvrir, très tranquille durant l'été. La location de la maison est super, à quelques pas de la plage. La mer est belle avec de bonnes vagues pour bien s'amuser! La maison était super propre à notre arrivée. La décoration est belle, il n'y manque rien. Pascal est vraiment très gentil, disponible et répond à toutes nos questions afin de nous faire vivre le meilleur séjour possible! Et ce fut très réussi! Cette vacance fut un grand bonheur et tout ce que j'espère, c'est un jour y retourner!

  I can not describe what a great week we spent at this house. We were 2 families with kids (7 total) and I only can say that this house is AMAZING!!!. You have anything you can imagine for a perfect vacation, from internet access, fax; computer,plasma TV to beach equipment and even bikes for you amussement. The pool is fantastic and you can set the temperature you want so you can enjoy night swimming laps. The house is really big with an excellent distribution and is decorated with exquisite style. Pascal is very kind and ready to help you enjoy your dream vacation I strongly reccomend you to look no further and choose this house YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!

  The house is even more stunning than the pictures. We were 3 families and the layout of the house was just perfect for each one of us. Attention is paid to all details and I don't think anything was missing, from soap to kitchen accessories! The owner is very pleasant and very attentive to our comfort and well being. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

  My family and my in-laws just spent a week in this house. It was tastefully decorated and VERY clean. We have rented other houses while in Florida on vacation over the years and this one by far was the best. Very nice heated pool, short walk to the private beach on the ocean, close to shops and the boardwalk. It is very quiet in the neighborhood that this house is in. The only thing you can hear are the waves of the ocean pounding the surf. The neighbors were extremely friendly as well and offered assistance in the event we needed it. We had several questions for the owner while we were staying there. The owner was very easy to contact and acted immediately to resolve any questions that we had about the house. We were a little concerned prior to renting a house from a private individual. All of the houses we had rented in the past were from an agency. Our concerns were unfounded. If anyone considering renting this house has the same reservations, dismiss them. The owners could not be any more accommodating. They want you to enjoy their house as much as they do. That is the feeling that we got from corresponding with them. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

We also took full advantage of the poolside gas grille. The house and grounds more than lived up to the website description and photos -- in fact, the new photos capture the beauty and elegance of this property much better. The owner was professional but easy to deal with throughout the process -- concerned but not intrusive. Located on a quiet street, an easy bike ride to town, the house has a great location; you can just stroll out your door up a private path to an empty beach. The spotless interior, spacious layout and uniquely attractive pool made this rental perfect. The chic, white interior reflects the good taste of the French owners and added a comfortable neutrality not often found in rental houses. In fact, this house compared beautifully to a villa we rented in St. Bart's the summer before. This is one of those houses you wish you didn't have to share with others.
