Living Room - Contemporary/Art Deco
Custom-made console is by Kerry Seiffert, who has made and created furniture for homes, libraries, banks, restaurants, hotels, museums and most recently in the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, AR. The woods in the console are bird's eye maple and wengue wood. The power-lift television in the center is completely hidden and operated with the remote control for vertical and horizontal tilt. The remote is set to swivel horizontally to stop before touching the wall. The Bose system was installed and operates separately from the Bose system in the media room.
The American leather sectional sofa is ultra-suede and is washable. The circular pillows are of sunbrella material and can be used outside on the balcony.
The red Turkish rug leading to the living room is 80 years old. The 10 X 14 rug in the front of the sofa is Loden by Tufenkian.
Draperies are 100% silk and sateen lined.
The watercolor is by Amy Giust from Cincinnati and presently living in Hattiesburg, MS. Ms. Guist has quite a following and is much imitated after such interest in her work. For a recent exhibit, all forty of her painting went to a New York Gallery.
Kitchen/Dining
Cookware is Le Creuset. The stoneware dishes (Rain) are by Alice Goldsmith in New York. In addition to there being 12 place settings, there are extra serving pieces and mugs. The 12 place setting of flatware are by Mary Jurek.
Media Room
The ultra suede wedge sofa is by American Leather. The totem poles with lights were made by Carl Hudson and decorated by Stacy McDonald. There is a separate Bose system and a 50" wall-hung plasma television.
Guest Half Bath
The contemporary concentric circles with metallic silver were painted by Stacy McDonald. The red leather wall shelf from Oriental Accents.
North Queen Bedroom
The upholstered queen bed is by Charles Ray in a soft red upholstery material. The bedside table is Bierdermeier-style.
The small original painting in the bath off this bedroom is by Alice Hammell.
Master Bedroom
The art-deco paintings outside the master bedroom are by Stacy McDonald. The red suede king-size Italian is by Monotti.
The furniture is made by Kerry Seiffert (see above) and is made of a processed wood known as birds eye platinum. The power lift for the television console is made to swivel horizontally. Both of the Josephine drink tables are of hammered steel and from Pierce Martin in Atlanta.
Master Bath
The Japanese mural by Stacy McDonald over the master bath Jacuzzi is in pale monochromatic taupes with highlights of red berries to match the linens.
South Bedroom/Sitting Room
The Mullberry ultra-suede sofa makes into a king-size bed- much different to any heretofore uncomfortable sofa bed. This sofa bed is by American Leather and is known as the Tiffany 24/7 foam bed made with adjustable ski slats. The mattress is firm foam and very comfortable (No bars). This bed was mentioned in the New York Times in February 2005 praising the new comfort to be found in notoriously uncomfortable sofa beds.
As a sitting room, there is enough room to relax and watch the wall-hung LCD flat screen television.
The primitive style painting with silver leaf over the sofa is by Ann Morley.

Check in/out Time
Check in is at 4:00 PM and Check out is at 11:00 AM.
Refund
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days for condominiums). Refunds do not include non refundable processing fee. NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range. Inside the cancellation date range all refunds will be issued via check. There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee on all issued refunds. In the event of circumstances beyond the owner's control (i.e. natural disasters, building damage due to fire, flood, or sale of premises) will nullify the reservation and result in a refund to tenant within 21 days.
The condo overlooks blue/green waters of the bay, with island views. There is much interest and activity with dolphins and boating viewed from this ninth floor balcony.
