This unit had everything you needed for your vacation stay included a well stocked kitchen. The condo was open, light, bright and airy. The patio was a beautiful place to relax and view the ocean. This was our 4th visit to Drew's Condo and we have never been disappointed.. It's very comfortable and convenient to shopping. It contains everything you might need in the kitchen and throughout, and everything is just as described. We particularly like to visit Cocoa Village. to shop for unusual gifts. The fact that we can bring our little dog is a big plus . Drew has always been very friendly and helpful and I would recommend the property to any friend or relative,( and have). I

Spent Easter week at Drew's condo and had a wonderful time. Excellent location - convenient to grocery store and pier. The condo itself has everything you need, including beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. Safe and secure condo complex and very well maintained. The swimming pool was spotless. Condo is also close to Orlando and other nearby attractions. We took two day trips -- Legoland & Cape Canaveral and found the drive to/from both locations very easy. Highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back next year!

This was a very clean, comfortable condo. Everything we needed from towels to pots and pans were available. There was also beach furniture for use, which was nice. The beach was never too crowded and I really liked the safety features in place for access to the building. I also liked the convenience of having the washer and dryer available. I'd definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at this unit. It was very well maintained and clean. It had everything you needed for a family to stay for the week. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, cleaners, etc. There is a closet full of beach toys, extra large towels and beach chairs. The complex as a whole was very quiet, safe and clean. The private access to the beachfront meant that there were fewer crowds and the beach itself was lovely. I thinks this is a great deal, especially for families. We will definately be back again.

Drew was very responsive & timely wrt my inquiries & gladly answered my Qs before I rented the unit. I was entertaining friends from overseas; it was their first time in the USA & I wanted to make a good impression. They were soooo happy to have their own, large rooms & bathrooms. Washer/dryer, dishwasher were added bonuses. The large, leather couch was a hit, as well as the big-screen flat TV. The side view from the balcony was extremely pleasant. All appliances worked as advertised. The condo was light & bright. Nice to have outdoor furniture on the balcony! The complex was quiet & clean as was the unit itself. When I requested a late checkout on the day of departure, Drew responded quickly & positively. I was very happy w his service. There are many units in Cocoa Beach from which to choose & if you choose Sandcastles w Drew, you'll be very happy.

Traveled in December with Grandma, Grandpa from Yorkshire, England, Dad (me) and Grandson (2yrs). Great place and great location. Close to everything you need and places to go including Orlando attractions. Apartment is FULLY equipped, very clean, and spacious. Even had bucket and spade for my 2 year old and bodyboards. Drew was easy to work with and we have nothing bad to say at all. Oh, the weather could have been better!!! I think it was the coldest spell in decades, but it did not stop our enjoyment in the slightest. I would go again in a heart beat as Drew was great, place was home from home, and it's so close to some much. If you fly to Orlando rent a car, and it is a straight 45 minute shot. In summery, place was as described, it was very clean, great service from Drew, I would recommend it to friends, beach is good and close, food, groceries, attractions very close (even saw Space X rocket launch from beach). Beach was nice and quiet. When arriving it was a little tricky finding Sandcastles in the dark (probably just me), actually the road markings are somewhat deceiving. But, it is directly across from the big BeachWave store. Once you find the place it is easy! Looking forward to bringing the rest of my family one day. Thanks for everything! Family Trip to Cocoa Beach

The Condo was great. The location was exceptional for our family. Some areas north are a little more busy than what we like. We spent most of our time at the beach or pool just soaking up the Florida sun. Having the body boards available was a big hit with our kids. All of us spent hours catching waves and riding them until we had to break for a meal. Spring break week was busy but never overwhelming. The common areas of Sand Castle are very well maintained and definitely welcoming as we arrived after spending two days in route. Thanks for sharing your condo! My family is already talking about coming back. Everything was exactly what we were looking for.

We recently spent 2 weeks at Sandcastles Unit #314 and the condo was beautiful.It was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed - including washer and dryer in unit. Drew is very organized and easy to deal with. We plan on renting his condo again in the future.

The unit was spacious and nicely laid out, but only a side view of the ocean. The only real downside was the wireless internet was not working during our week in early January, which we needed. Aside from that and the very cold weather spell we hit, it was a nice unit. We would consider renting again with the proviso that the internet was up and running.

Owner response:This unit has private internet access (the router and modem are physically in the unit and are secured). I am unsure as to why the guests were unable to access the internet as I have never had this problem with previous tenants. If there is ever a problem, I also provide my home and cell phone to renters so they can call me the in the case of a problem.

Had a great time at the Condo. Did not realise that the weather in Cocoa Beach was so warm in November/December. Condo was great. Every thing we needed was there. Beach was great. Felt very safe with the security system. Hope we can make many return visits.

My wife and I stayed in this unit for a week and had a wonderful time. We are in the beach rental business ourselves and we would compare this condo most favorably with any unit that we handle ourselves in Naples, FL. Early winter is a great time in the Cocoa Beach area and this condo is the place to spend it.

We spent 3 great weeks in this condo to get some sunshine before the german winter starts. Everything which we needed for a pleasant stay was there. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We will surely plan our next vacation very soon as we liked it so much. The condo complex is very well maintained, clean and protected. The easy beach access is just great. We will surely come back !

Our time at Cocoa Beach was excellent the apartment was everything it said it was and more, Very clean and well kept. Everyone we met was very freindly. We were prepared to go shopping for beach supplies but everything was provided, our granddaughter had a blast with the bucket and shovel and looking for shells. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and 3 children and I just got back from our stay in the condo. We stayed there while visiting Disney. It was so nice!! It was very spacious, clean, and it had everything our family of 5 needed. We loved the easy access to the private beach, and I loved having a kitchen and laundry room!! It was a very short commute to Disney, and we got the "best of both worlds" by having our children visit the ocean for the first time and also visiting Disney for the first time! I highly recommend it!!

I stayed at a Groff-owned property for 3 nights over Easter weekend with my 4 children (ages 16-28) and we ALL agree that the accommodations were fabulous! The condo was easily accessible, conveniently located and in beautiful condition. The Groff Family is wonderful to work with and return e-mails and phone calls immediately. They are highly regarded by other owners and renters in the complex. The cleaning service they use seems to care for the property as if it's their own; we found it to be impeccably clean! There is not a thing missing in the Unit in which we stayed; we even cooked a beautiful Easter dinner using all the great ammenities provided. It's tastefully decorated, quite spacious (3 of my kids slept in one bedroom and 1 on the pull-out in the expansive LivingRoom) We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with the view to the Beach and enjoyed being able to look out the front door to see the usually empty (!)swimming pool below. There are maps provided in the drawer in the kitchen, along with menus, and even personal notes with ideas of places to visit. But, what we enjoyed MOST was the quiet, nearly private beach where we rented lounges and had a terrific Easter weekend. We would be proud to recommend a Groff-owned property to anyone and know that they will thoroughly enjoy themselves.

The location was great. The pool and private access was extremely nice. We really appreciated the family and pet friendly atmosphere. However, the condo was not immaculate. There were multiple stains on the carpet. The exhaust fan in the guest bathroom did not work. Overall the condo did not appear to be recently renovated.

Owner response:Noticed after this comment a couple minor stains on the carpet. As a result, the carpet has been replaced with high-end tiles throughout the unit.

This unit filled my expectations and more! The place is very roomy the pool is always empty and quiet and the beach is beautiful and just steps away, the unit had everything you need including books and puzzles,beach chairs and boogie boards for the waves, the wireless feature was great since we took our WII and our laptop, the TV is great and my husband enjoyed watching the EURO Cup on it. I would rent this unit again no question about it.

two couples stayed here, excellent layout between the two bedrooms, no matter what we did in our room, the other couple did not hear us and we did not hear them, complete privacy, Hugh Kitchen and dining area, plenty of rom for the 4 for TV and what ever else you wanted to do in the condo, lots of leg room. Will definitely say stay here if you get a chance, Excellent Pool & Hot tub Spa. Manager took excellent care and kept grounds really clean for all. Was out there every day early in the moring checking pool area and cleaning any debries that may have blown in on the complex form neighboring hotels. Walkway to beach, Private, nice beach area also. If you go here, you will definitely enjoy the area. Close to lots of places walking distance, You like Sports bars, just around the corner when you walk out to the left, Dennys resturant right across the street for breakfast, resturants and bars just out to the right also, and stores, want to by shirts from florida, souvineir store also across the street Enjoy, Its a NICE AREA COCOA BEACH. you want a nice walk on the beach, you can walk all the way to the PIER for good food and drinks and entertainment. Only 2.8 miles, you can see it from the beach at the condo. Sandcastle conods, a great place to stay. Dennis & Judy Cheektowaga NY

Rented one of these Condo's for the week between Christmas and New Years, and it was Fabulous! Had all the things we needed, and then some! My husband really enjoyed the large flat screen T.V. to watch all the bowl games! Had the convinience of the washer & dryer and a full sevice kitchen, so we had everything we needed! Would rent one again, the next time I go home to see my Mom!
