Grand View Villas are three townhouse-style, well appointed, two-bedroom villas situated in the north of St. Lucia with a spectacular, panoramic, country-side view overlooking The Bois D'orange Wetland Bird Sanctuary. They are within walking distance of the secluded beach of Trouya and Windjammer Villa Beach Resort & Spa, a short 5 minute drive to Rodney Bay Village and an 18 hole Golf Course.
The hillside location is quiet and allows for complete privacy and relaxation, but within easy reach of the major tourist locations. It's close proximity to a major resort with 5 restaurants, secluded beach, spa, watersports, and much more, making these villas an ideal holiday location. Driving time to the resort is 2 minutes and guests of Grand View are especially welcome by the hotel owners and management to use its facilities. Also available in the area within minutes is a Health, Beauty Club and Spa. Supermarkets are all within 5 to 10 minutes drive for restocking your villa. Car rental services are readily available.
The villas are Self Catering, a well maintained property with attention to detail such as a starter kit upon arrival, amenities kit and a complimentary trip to the supermarket. Provisioning services are available upon request prior to your arrival.
Each villa is designed with two air conditioned bedrooms upstairs and en-suite shower room. with queen-size beds while sharing a common patio overlooking a countryside view. The sleeping capacity of this unit is four persons, however Two additional persons can occupy a queen-size sofabed in the living room. On the lower level there is an intimate sitting/dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen and full bath.
There is a courtyard and patio in the front of the villa and a utility area in the rear. The front courtyard enjoys the same views as the bedrooms. Each villa's front courtyard has a soaking pool and the outdoor surroundings are beautifully decorated. Amenities include Wi-fi Internet, Air Conditioned bedrooms, TV in rooms and Flat Screen TV in the living area, DVD Player, Hi-fi system, Telephone, Washer/Dryer, Ironing facilities and Housekeeper.
