'Beach Music' is a professionally decorated 3000+ square foot luxury home in Surfside Beach, the quiet 'family beach' alternative to Myrtle Beach. Just five years old, this home is in a superior location less than 50 feet from the beach with beach access just across the street.
A few of it's many amenities include a spacious living area, large kitchen with pantry, fenced in private pool (heating available) and upstairs gaming area. This home is close to both the Surfside Beach and Garden City piers, great restaurants, golfing and grocery stores. There are 2 ocean facing porches (one for sunbathing) with great ocean views and one pool facing porch. This home sleeps up to 16 and has comfortable seating for all 16 during meals. No Smoking is allowed inside the home.

Upstairs: Bedroom #5 - one king with jet tub and separate full bath with tile shower. Bedroom #4 - two queens with full bath. Bedroom #3 - one queen with full shared bath. Bedroom #2 - one queen with full shared bath. Queen sleeper sofa in sitting area.
Downstairs: Bedroom #1 - two queen with separate full shared bath.

South Carolina taxes, linens ($210) and cleaning charges ($180) extra... Linens and Trip Insurance are optional offerings, while Departure Cleaning and SC Taxes (12%) are required. Well trained dogs welcomed with non-redundable deposit at $185 for the first dog, $300 for two). Some dog situations also require a refundable deposit. A $75 reservation damage waiver (security deposit) is also required with all reservations and protects you for certain levels of damage to the home.

I just stayed at this home with a group of 10 people and it was absolutely gorgeous!!!! This property was immaculately clean and is exactly how the picture and description that was given. It is ideal for all types of vacationers including larger families and those people looking to get away. You can't beat this location and the views from the two balconies are spectacular. We had four small children and normally trips to the beach are a stressful events for the adults, but with the access points conveniently located so close to the house it was stressfree. We are already planning our trip back to this house next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Friends and I spent the week at Beach Music in March. The house was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location. The owner was so accommodating, helpful, and understanding when we were arranging rental. I would recommend the location to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free getaway!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The home was everything as advertised. Great location, large, clean, current and directly across from the beach access points. Very family friendly. We love Surfside and its quiet surroundings. The Beach Music beach house was great. Elegant, clean, large and plenty of getaway areas within the home for snuggling up with a book or a meaningful family conversation. As retirees, we've been getting together for many years with dear old friends. This was a great home for us and several of us couples are planning on bringing our kids (and grandkids!) back to enjoy Surfside and this lovely home. It was fresh, clean, large, still new looking and we loved it -- every day, every minute. The photos accurately portrayed this well kept home. It was super! Large and spacious, enough room for multiple families to find their quiet areas. The home was everything as described. Clean, fresh, roomly, bright and in a quiet area. We enjoyed the peacefulness of Surfside and the surrounding area. Love the quietness of Surfside Beach. Close enough to Myrtle Beach and tons of golfing and entertainment venues, Surfside is very quiet, quaint and family oriented. We love it! It is such an amazing little gem just south of Myrtle Beach.

The beach is about a 30 yard walk directly across the street. Great sunrises, jogging, ocean play, etc... all just out the front door. Private backyard with pool and patio area affords leisurely evenings after a fun day. The property is exceptionally maintained and offers quiet getaway areas for those who prefer to cuddle-up with a great book.
