The full kitchen has numerous seating areas, separate elegant dining room, and living room opens out to the pool and spa.
The property shows pride of ownership as owner's home share the property but are rarely home. Property built by owner and completed in early 2000.

- The house is located one house from the beach, down a private lane. The guests comment that the location and grounds are way more spectacular than the pictures show.

Kahala is the premier location in Honolulu and thus heaven on earth. My husband and I are lucky enough to have lived in this area for over 30 years as we would not choose any other place. This property is truly a dream come true and would be a dream home for our guests as well.

great home, spacious, well appointed, clean, convenient location, walking distance to beach, close to downtown & Waikiki. Beautiful pool and well kept tennis court. Only negative is close proximty to busy street, though the noise at night was minimal.
Owner response:Property is on ocean side of the famous Kahala Ave., the 5th Avenue of the Pacific. The house is one lot from the beach and 2 short blocks to the famed 5 star Kahala Hotel where celebrities and heads of state make their home in Hawaii.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

The Estate Cottage is in an outstanding location. You are close to everything but the peace and quiet made is feel far away from everything. The home has a lot of space and is clean and well decorated. It just off the ocean and a quick walk to the Kahala Hotel. Nearby is a mall with a Whole Foods, a movie theater and more. We would never think of staying anywhere but in Kahala. We do plan to return. It was perfect.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
