The "cottage" is a self contained luxury home away from home of approximately 1,850 square feet with 2 car garage, 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms and study and den area with queen size futon couch for additional space.
The full kitchen has numerous seating areas, separate elegant dining room, and living room opens out to the pool and spa.
The property shows pride of ownership as owner's home share the property but are rarely home. Property built and completed in early 2000.
