  We had a wonderful time during our stay at this condo. The furnishings were really nice, especially the kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the location was great. I would happily come back and I will definitely recommend it to friends.

  I was amazed on how well the condo was done. Everything was new. Great kitchen. The girls loved there bedroom. The condo was groun floor, so no stairs to climb. Loved all the TV's and it was real close to the beach. Great for families that have kids. Will come back next year. The closiet had everything for the beach. Very comfortable

  This is about the fifth time I have rented this unit and it was great as usual! Everything you need is there. Great location. Access to everything in seconds. Super quiet at night on the deck. Absolutely pest and bug free I might add! Really do enjoy staying here and I would highly recommend it to anyone. If you like to bike, hit the beach and go left up and around Port Royal for a beautiful ride in the AM. Tennis, Eric the Pro, has a LOT of options available for adults and children. Pool is great for the kids and the outside Cabana is great for the adults next door! Hope to do it again next year!

  This condo was perfect! Two very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, private. We never heard or saw the boys. They had their bathroom and we had ours. Condo was clean and decorated fantastic, very updated. Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances! It was wonderful to have all the beach chairs, umbrella, and cart available and easy to use. Perfect distance to walk to the pool or the beach. Very private and quiet. We can't wait to come back next year!!!!! Loved It!!!!

  My family rented this condo for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The unit is beautiful and has great, easy access to the beach. Great for families with little ones! I would highly recommend this for families looking to rent!

  My family and I stayed here over the holidays and had a fantastic time. The condo was beautiful and spacious - enough room for everybody! The kitchen was fantastic with plenty of space for a nice family dinner. Condo is convenient due to its ground floor location. The beach was only a short walk away and there were many other great amenities such as tennis courts and a pool. The area also offers great family fun activities.

  My family and I stayed for a week and thouroughly enjoyed ourselves! Great location, Gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals, within walking distance of the pool and beach, and the beds are "heavenly"! We would for sure stay again and recommend it to friends!

  The condo was all and more than described and expected. Very clean and welcoming. Location was perfect and everything we may have needed for the beach was provided. I loved the fully equipped kitchen - like being at home. The kids loved all the near by activities and bike rentall on site. I definately would stay again. The condos we have rented in the past seem like they were furnished with inexpensive furnishings - not this one - was great - especially the good mattresses. Can't wait to come back.

  Arrived late on a friday night exhausted after a long day of traveling. It was so nice to walk into such a beautiful and well maintained condo. Location could not have been better. Kids had a blast. They didn't want to leave at the end of the week. For a rental condo the kitchen was amazing. We are big foodies so that was a huge bonus!!

  Yes, the decor of this villa is cute, and it is well-stocked, BUT who cares when the place is infested with flying ants/termites?! The first night of our vacation we had to close the door of the master bedroom because we didn't bring bug killer with us & there were these flying ants all over the floor, the bed, the wall, the dresser, and the lamp! After my husband and 5 yr. old killed about 150 of them with toilet paper in their hands, we just gave up for the night because we were tired & it was late; so my baby and I slept on the pull-out sofa bed (the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on in my life) and my husband and older child slept on the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. We called the resort office that night to report the problem, and we were told to contact the owner. Of course, when we called the owner, we didn't get a response-let's just say communication is not his strong suit, which can quickly become aggravating. So the next day, WE have to go buy some bug killer and spray the master bedroom every night, when these bugs come out. Finally, on Monday afternoon, 2 1/2 days after we made the call, the owner's "personal assistant" leaves us a voicemail while we're @ the beach (determined not to let this issue ruin our first vacation in 3 yrs.), stating she will notify the resort exterminators to come address the bug problem. We'd already been dealing with the bugs for 2 nights! Also, we wouldn't allow our children to sit in the bathtubs because there were 2 black hairs & a used bar of soap in the shower of the master bathroom. Disgusting! And be warned: the resort itself is 150 yards to the beach; this particular villa is a good 8 minute walk to the beach access boardwalk, which is 150 yards to the beach. We were so disappointed, because the proximity to the beach was a huge seller for us, having 2 small children with tons of "stuff" to haul back and forth. We were completely misled when the owner told my husband it took 90 seconds to get to the beach. We would absolutely not stay here again!
