Between my husband and I we totally remodeled and furnished this condo to be our home, but since our plans changed, it is now available as a vacation rental.

We stayed at this property in November and had the pleasure of staying in both condo's. One had two bathrooms and we would choose that one next time as we had our two grown children with us and we both would of had more space when getting ready. The only difference between the both was the space and locations. One is on the third floor and bigger and the other was on the main floor. There was a nice pool and exercise room and not a lot of people using either one. There is a walmart just up the street so getting groceries was easy as well as many othere shops and restaurants. We went to the casino and it was close and entertaining. We have family in Fort Lauderdale which was 15 minutes away and we stopped there before going to the condo, the landlord was great about it and when we finally arrived at midnight the place was very clean with water, soda and wine waiting for us. There was nothing else we needed beside groceries as everything was well supplied. We visit our family in Florida often and I would make sure I stayed at this place again. My family and me stayed at this condo the winter of 2007 and found it very clean, comfortable,very nicely decorated, and in a good location, not really far from anything.
