    The listing description regarding the location was accurate and the listing photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. The property was clean and well maintained. The apartment was spacious and well decorated. We liked the swimming pool, the exercise room and the tennis courts. The location was very convenient, with shopping centers nearby, and the highway, which allowed easy access to golf courses. We enjoyed Dearfield Beach, which is at the end of Hillsboro Blvd and recommand the excellent " JB" restaurant on the beach. Their specialty is the mahi mahi and tilapia. Maria and Carla were very helpful and gave us useful information about the area. We would recommend without reservation this property.

    From the moment I found this Vacation Rental online, I knew it was the one. Once I contacted the Property Owner, it just reassured me that this was IT! Maria was/is such a nice lady and even provided documentation for verification (in case there was any doubt on my end and to reassure me) about herself as well as the property. The property was very nicely decorated, the decor was beautiful. This Vacation Rental was definitely, home away from home.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

    We just returned from this property and had a wonderful time. The Condo is spacious immaculate, and very tastefully decorated. The master bedroom was luxurious. The pool and Jacuzzi were very clean so was the exercise room. Wal-Mart is very close by and I was thrilled that they served take away meals, and that Subway was right there. We also saved money since we were able to use the kitchen with all the amenities at the Condo. This was truly a home away from home, and we hated to leave. The beach, not too far away was the highlight for the kids. Maria – thanks for everything, we will be visiting again real soon!!

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

    My family stayed in this beautiful condo over the Christmas holiday. The decor inside the home was stunning and commented upon by family and friends who visited. Loved the master bedroom.     I am so grateful for my guests comments. Just one correction to Cheryl's comment. My apartment is not on the third floor. I have one on the second floor and one on the first floor. Thank you again to Cheryl and all my guests, that have allowed me to make a business out of the three things I know best: real estate, decoration and home-making.

    We stayed at this property in November and had the pleasure of staying in both condo's. One had two bathrooms and we would choose that one next time as we had our two grown children with us and we both would of had more space when getting ready. The only difference between the both was the space and locations. One is on the third floor and bigger and the other was on the main floor. There was a nice pool and exercise room and not a lot of people using either one. There is a walmart just up the street so getting groceries was easy as well as many othere shops and restaurants. We went to the casino and it was close and entertaining. We have family in Fort Lauderdale which was 15 minutes away and we stopped there before going to the condo, the landlord was great about it and when we finally arrived at midnight the place was very clean with water, soda and wine waiting for us. There was nothing else we needed beside groceries as everything was well supplied. We visit our family in Florida often and I would make sure I stayed at this place again.     My family and me stayed at this condo the winter of 2007 and found it very clean, comfortable,very nicely decorated, and in a good location, not really far from anything. I loved my morning tea on the balcony. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We would stay again on our next trip south. Anonymous

    Had a wonderful time at this condo in Nov 2008. Location was wonderful, close to beach, and shopping. I would recommend staying here or at other locations owned by Maria Elena. She was a delight to coordinate our needs Which were met and then some. Very Positive experience... -meg, Brick, NJ

    We stayed at this condo 17-24 March 2009. We are a family of four with two teenagers. This condo is a minute from Highway 441 but we couldn't hear any of the traffic from the condo. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio in the morning. The computer in the kids room was a great asset. We used it to find different attractions. The condo itself was clean and well suited to our needs. We didn't want to leave. The week flew by. We would recommend this condo for families of up to four people. Plenty of toll roads around. Be sure to have quarters on hand as some tolls are not manned and exact change is required. Bill and Margo

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
