Ulivi, nicely located in Domaso near Gravedona on the north - western shores of lake Como, is the perfect place to appreciate the full beauty of the Lake of Como.
In fact, there is nothing better than enjoying the breathtaking view directly from the sunny terrace of the apartment or, alternatively, from the spacious swimming pool in the garden. The terrace is the most gorgeous spot to sip a glass of traditional Italian wine. At sunset then, you have the impression that the lake is toasting with you directly in the house!
Coming to the inside of the house, the apartment (100 square meters) is accurately furnished with a modern style: you are welcomed by a spacious living room (sofa bed, satellite TV) and a fully equipped open kitchen (four burners, oven, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine). Stairs will lead you up to the attic with a double room and a twin bedded room.
Two bathrooms with shower, another terrace on the back of the apartment and private parking for two cars complete the house.
