I am a television & Video producer from the Atlanta area. My wife, daughter and I
currently own and manage rental properties in the Destin area as well as the North
GA mountains (near Helen,GA). I know what it's like to look for affordable vacation
destinations and try to offer nice vacation properties at fair prices. I also have my real estate sales license and would be happy to assist clients in locating rental
properties in the North GA mountains, Lake Lanier area or the Florida gulf coast.
Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Cove
My family has vacationed in the Destin area since high school in the summer of 1977 and have been back every year since. We love the Destin beaches and haven't found any nicer in the
continental U.S.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We can stay as long as we want, which is a nice feature and we can take last minute trips to
the condos, since we are only 5-6 hours away from Destin. We can also invite friends and family
members, since we have multiple units in the same complex.
