Upon entering your 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with additional bunk room and sofa sleeper you will feel the relaxing tropical atmosphere. You will find a 32 inch flat panel LCD TV and floor to ceiling windows with a breath taking view of the aqua blue waters of the gulf, and overlooks the beautiful 20,000 square foot tropical gardens and lagoon pool area. The patio features a 6 foot tile patio table and 6 relaxing chairs. The bedroom has a flat panel TV, comfortable tropical decor with a King size bed with a beautiful view of the gulf of Mexico. The bunk room includes sleeping area for two and a full bath. The living area includes a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully supplied. General Electric washer and dryer are included.

Shores of Panama is a very nice facility. The amenties as listed were accurate and were enjoyable. The beach access was great. The outdoor and indoor pools were nice too. However the condo itself is worn. The bunk bed mattresses are awful. The springs are easily felt and poke you. The sleeper sofa was worse. We went and bought a queen air mattress it was so poor. The blanket that was provided for it I wouldn't even use to sit on the beach. It is awful! the master king bed is fine. No issues there. The carpets are very matted and worn - don't know why carpets are even there. I'd tile it, water, beach and kids don't work well on carpet here. The bathroom mats are stained and worn as well. The couches are also very worn, stained and lack any good structure. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Everything worked and was clean. The furniture, dressers, bed frame and stools, appliances were all fine and working. To the owners defense, the unit is obviously been worn hard by clients. While we are here there are college spring breakers everywhere as obnoxious as ever. A lot of families too. Last spring break we stayed at another of the same owner properties in Gulf Shores and we were very pleased. Can't say the same for this one. Our extended family is renting two other units from same owner and they have same comments for their units here in the Shores too. Great location, facility nice, but wear and tear on beds, carpets and linens too much.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This was perfect to stay for the local Ironman triathlon weekend. We were able to cook in, sleep comfortably. It was plenty of room for two people. The only negatives were that the elevators weren't fully functioning when we got there so unloading things was difficult. The other thing was that the parking was a bear since most of the spots closest to the ground level were all reserved. So if you wanted to go somewhere from the 11th floor of the garage, it took awhile to get all the way down. There was also an issue with the WiFi in the unit that would not allow our laptops to connect. The problem was reported but nothing came of it. We were on the way out anyhow since we were only there for 3 nights. Overall the place was really nice, clean, and well kept.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
Owner response: I'm glad you enjoyed the unit and had plenty of room. From what I understand they have gotten the one elevator that was not running correctly repaired. The WiFi is controlled by the owners association and has also had the problems corrected.

We had a great stay in the Shores of Panama 2016. The condominium was beautiful, the staff were helpful and the beach/pool was amazing. The view and extra large balcony was a great place to start and finish the day. The view from the master bedroom was also great looking out to the gulf. The owner was very helpful and has been very cooperative and answered all of my questions. The only suggestion would be to remove or change the dehumidifier in the laundry area. It was very loud so we unplugged it while we were in the unit. Also, be patient with the elevators. They can take very long. We will visit again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This room met or exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. It was clean, well arranged, and had a fantastic view. The patio/pool area was the best I've ever seen, and the desk workers were very cordial and helpful. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add a door to the master bathroom. The other bathroom had a door, but both bathrooms really need a door. The owner has been very helpful throughout the process, and I hope to stay at Shores of Panama again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Kelly's PCB condo is beautiful. The Shores of Panama is the nicest resort we've stayed at on the Panhandle. The view from the 20th floor is incredible. The pool area is awesome. My kids loved it. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again. The reason for 4 of 5 Stars: WiFi was down while we were there, had a hassle with the front desk about length of stay (they checked us out one day early and our keys stopped working). We had a wonderful experience at the shores of panama. The view was amazing. Everything in the condo was good. The only thing I can suggest is maybe a few more dishes in the cabinets. Other than that it was perfect. Can't wait to head down again next year. I would gladly reccomend this unit for anyone wanting to stay in PCB.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Rental agreement-Rental Rules-Contract Mail any rent balance due 30 days prior to check in to: Patterson Family LTD Partnership PO Box 3013 Franklin, KY 42135-3013 There is a 3% processing fee for use of PayPal, Debit or Credit cards after the initial $250 payment. There is not a 3% fee for use of card for the initial payment. 1. CHECK-IN TIME ISAFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST. 2. This is a non-smoking unit. 3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. 4. We will not rent to students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required for all rentals this must be received upon making the reservation. The credit card information automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is applied toward rent and the credit card information is held on file as the deposit. No additional charges will be made to the card provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash shoot, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. d. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged g. NO early check-in or late check-out. h. Parking passes should be destroyed upon departure. i. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by the Complex. 6. PAYMENT- An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required 30 days prior to check in date. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks payable to Patterson Family Ltd Partnership. We also accept Visa, Master card, and Discover. 7. CANCELLATIONS- Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $75.00cancellation charge. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay,that are made within 31-60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full damage/reservation deposit and incur a $75.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations with 30 days or less notice, forfeit the full damage/reservation deposit plus incur a $75.00 cancellation charge and are charged the 1st days full rental price. Early departure does not warrant any refund of the rent. Any cancellation request or change in the reservation that results in a shortened stay request, must be made in writing via email. Phone calls for cancellation or shortened stays will not be accepted. 8. CANCELLATIONS FORMONTHLY RENT: Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (120) days prior to check-in. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (120) days prior to the arrival date will incur a$75.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 61-120 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full damage/reservation deposit and incur a $75.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations with 60 days or less notice, forfeit the full damage/reservation deposit plus incur a $75.00 cancellation charge and are charged the first 7days full rental price. Early departure does not warrant any refund of the rent. Any cancellation request or changein the reservation that results in a shortened stay request, must be made in writing via email. Phone calls for cancellation or shortened stays will not be accepted. 9. MAXIMUMOCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guest per condominium is limited to six (6)persons in 1 Bedroom, eight (8) persons in 2 Bedroom, and eight (8) in 3Bedroom units at Phoenix 9, Phoenix 10, Phoenix on the Bay 2, and San Carlos. Ten (10) persons in 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom at Phoenix West. Eleven (11) persons in 3 bedroom at Turquoise Place. 10. Longer minimum stays may be required during certain times of the year. If a rental is taken for less than three (3) days, the guest will be charged the three night rate. 11. INCLUSIVE FEES- Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 12. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE- While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units, and towels are not provided at the pools. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap and trash bags will be provided. Dishwasher detergent, dish washing liquid, clothes detergent are not provided. Since only a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap and trash bags are supplied, and no detergents are supplied I suggest you bring an adequate supply for the length of your stay. 13. RATE CHANGES- Rates are subject to change without notice, but once you have locked in your rate with the security deposit/reservation fee, your quoted rate is not subject to change. 14. FALSIFIED RESERVATION-Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 15. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS- Any exception to the above mentioned must be approved in writing in advance. 16. PARKING PASS-Phoenix condo's ,(2 for two and three bedroom units, and 3 for four bedroom units)can be obtained from the front desk at the time of check in (there is an additional$15 per car charge at Phoenix Condo's independent of your length of stay, the parking fee is not included in your rent). At the San Carlos the parking passes will be in your unit. Up to 2 passes are included in your rent (the rental management company does not allow extra/more than 2 passes per unit). Upon arrival complete the parking pass with your unit name and dates and place it in your car. If you only use one parking pass leave the unused pass on the kitchen table upon check out. At Shores of Panama you are allow up to two parking passes per reservation. The parking pass charge is included in your rent. You will obtain your parking passes at the front desk upon check in. At Turquoise Place 2 two parking passes can be obtained from the front desk at the time of check in. There is no additional charge for the parking passes. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renters expense. 17. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY-No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or b. A 'mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Services orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning"area, we will refund: 1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, 2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and 3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. 18. Credit card payments: Your card will show payment made to Patterson Family LTD Partnership 19. The 1st Payment confirms the reservation. No confirmation can be made until payment is made. Please read the rental invoice for accuracy of dates and accommodations. Any errors must be directed to this email address within 7 days of original booking. 20. You will receive an email with detailed check-in and check-out instructions including information about obtaining keys and parking approximately 7 days prior to your check-in date.
