Walk to 2 supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, coffee shops, huge public park. 12 Screen theater across the street from the main security gate.
20 minutes to Clearwater Beach, 10 or less from beautiful Honeymoon Beach (look it up on the net!!), 50+ public golf courses within an hours drive. Tampa, Tampa airport, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg, all minutes away. Lots of cultural activities such as museums, concerts, festivals, fairs throughout the year.
Minutes from gulf coast activities such as deep-sea fishing, jetskiing, Manatee viewing, boat rentals, sponge diving tours at Tarpon Springs, party boats, etc. 25 minute drive to Busch Gardens, and less than 2 hour drive to Disney properties and Orlando.
Do you like sports? Devil Ray Baseball all summer; spring training centers for the Rays, Yankees, Phillies, and Blue Jays minutes away. NFL Buccaneers in nearby Tampa. PGA, LPGA, and senior PGA tournaments held yearly nearby. Division 1 U of So. Florida is nearby.
Eastlake Woodlands, where the condo is located, is a 1000+ acre gated luxury development with 24/7 security staff, upscale residences, and a private country club. Bike and walking paths throughout the whole Woodlands. It is convenient to whatever amenity or activity you would care to partake of on Florida's Gulf. Lots of friendly neighbors, who are respectful of your privacy.
Everything you could want for a vacation destination, at a lower cost than you no doubt expected, in the safest environment you can imagine.
