The views are outstanding from your large private balcony accessible from both master bedroom and living area. A large beachfront pool is heated fall and until May which overlooks the sandy beach. There are 2 pools and 2 kiddie pools on the property. And now we have WiFi so you can use your laptop anywhere in the condo.
This colorful, beachy condo has been updated for your enjoyment. There is a recliner, swivle rocker, along with queen size sleeper sofa that overlooks the water. We installed new 37 inch mounted LCD flat screen TV/DVD in the living room, a 26 inch LCD flat screen TV/DVD in the master bedroom along with of course a flat screen TV/DVD in the second bedroom. The kitchen with granite counters and new appliances is well stocked for you.
There is a king bed in the master and one twin bed and one double bed in the guest bedroom which also has its own private bath. Sofa sleeper in living area.
All this for you to have a great time at the beach!

Your condo was beautifuly decorated and perfect for our family. You had everything we needed and more. We couldn't wait to get up every morning to sit on the balcony and watch the beach come alive, and the views are awesome. We saw dolphins a couple of mornings and a group of pelicans in the Gulf right in front of the condo on another morning. Our three year old grandaughter was absoutely the happiest little girl in the world for the day's we were there. It was her first time at the beach and we were all sad to leave. Our favorite places we dined at were LuLu's , The Original Oyster House and Papa Rocco's . I am planning a Sister Trip" next spring and hope to stay again in your beautiful condo...Thanks for everything!!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean and the pictures showed everything just like it was. The owner was excellent to work with and very available to answer all questions. The view was gorgeous and the beach was not crowded at all. There were plenty of chairs around the pool and each building has its own pool. I loved being in the smaller building so the elevator was quickly accessible. There were lots of families in this building and plenty of children for everyone to play with. We will definitely be back...thanks Deborah!!!

Its always scary looking at these properties and picking one and then get there and its not what you thought it was but this one was. The owner was great to work with and very responsive to emails before we got there. The view was water front from both the master bedroom and the living area. The condo was clean and decorated really nice. I would suggest buying your grogeries at Publics as you come in and then there is a little grocery store right down the road. There are 2 charcoal grills out by the pool that isn't listed that we used. The Hangout was fun for everyone of all ages! Great bands and foam dancing for the kids before 8pm. If you are trying to decide here or Destin - you won't be sorry if you pick here. We were there in June and it wasn't crowded - just very low key and relaxing. Oh and don't miss going to Lambert's the home of the thrown rolls - and go hungry! Great trip - we plan on coming back to this condo every year.

We needed an escape from the holidays and had never been to Gulf Shores. My 14 year old son loved the fact he had his own room with t.v. (bonus for him!) and his own shower. The condo is roomy and accomodating. We loved opening up the balcony doors and enjoying the sounds of the shores and relaxing at night. It's conveniently located, easy to get to pool and beach area. We enjoyed the heated pool as well. The sand on the beach was the softest we had ever felt. There's not one negative thing we could say about the vacation, the condo, the beach, etc. Everything was perfect. Thank you Debra for sharing a little bit of heaven with us!

I called Deborah last minute and got a great rate and she met me right in the lobby to pay and get keys. The pictures do not do it justice. It is a gorgeous condo with great views as mentioned and in a great location. I went with my parents who are in their 70's and my dad loved the recliner. They also had old movies including a 4 disc set of old westerns and he was in heaven while my mom and I were at the beach. My parents had never been to GS and could not believe such wonderful beaches existed so close to us. Bahama Bob's was wonderful a great place to eat and views are wonderful on the patio. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I rented this condo for three days and had a blast! Sitting on the balcony every night, sipping cocktails, listening to the waves lapping on the beach, watching parents and their children search for ghost crabs by flashlight; returning in the morning to drink a cup of coffee and eat breakfast -- what more could one ask for! My friends and I made a pact to do this every year from now on and, hopefully, in this exact same spot... Was so sad to leave -- beautiful place!!!
