Our house has a spacious, open floor plan located in quiet Anna Maria, Florida. Anna Maria Island has the old "Florida" feel, where high rise condominiums are the exception and beach houses predominate. Our house is situated at the quiet Northern end of Anna Maria Island, away from the traffic of Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach.

The house is situated within easy walking distance of three different beaches, with the closest a half block away. The furthest of these beaches is less than a ten minute walk. The Pine Avenue shops, post office, and Anna Maria Pier are located one block away. The Rod and Reel Pier and other fishing spots are also within mere blocks. The house in within easy walking distance to the playhouse, the local recreation center, the Sandbar, and other fine restaurants.

The house contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping six comfortably. Beds include one king, one queen, and two twins. Living space includes a family room with cable TV, stereo, and fireplace, and a large great room opening into the kitchen containing the dining area and additional seating. A large screened-in porch is off the great room. The house has a two car garage. The yard is fully landscaped, the backyard is fenced, and an outdoor shower is available.

You will enjoy all of the great activities on Anna Maria Island, with many located within walking distance.
