Condo exceeded expectations, was beautifully decorated, close to beach and pool with view of canal out your back windows. Claire and office staff were very pleasant and helpful. Condo equipped with every possible desired kitchen accessory, plenty of linens and towels. Highly recommend property! One of our best family vacations ever.

Great for Family

We are a family of six who recently stayed for several days in this condo and I would definitely recommend it. Not only did it have all the comforts of home and was beautifully decorated, clean and updated, it also included an air mattress, washer/dryer, a kitchen with all the equipment/appliances/cookware you'd ever need, beach towels, beach chairs and lots of toys for the kids. They really have thought of everything and it helps make you that much more relaxed once you're there. We loved the screened porch off the front. We also used the grill area in the back along the canal and also by the pool. The kids all had a great time shelling, swimming, building sand castles, etc. We rented bikes which was fun, too. The condo is a VERY short walk to the beach, just across the street, which was not an issue. The office staff was very helpful as we arrived before check-in and were able to use the clubhouse to change into our swimsuits and put our groceries in the fridge. One thing that might be good to know for families with young children is that this unit is on the second floor and you walk up a flight of stairs to get to it. Just FYI in case you are dealing with strollers, etc. Sanibel was a great experience for us and we would highly recommend this unit to any family looking for a relaxing, fun get-away.

This Condo was just as it was in the pictures! Everything that was needed to make this our home away from home was there. It was on the "dock side" so out of the windows you were able to see a few boats in the channels and other beautiful homes on the other side of the channel. The beach was just across the road (walking distance) and was awesome. The shelling was great and the sunrise and sunsets even better. Everyone on the Island and others who lived in the the condos we very friendly and welcomed us to come back. The office staff at Sanibel Arms (Monica & Nancy) were also great and willing to assist with anything that we needed! WE HAD A GREAT TIME and hope to get back to Sanibel soon!!

A Perfect Two Weeks..

We selected Sanibel to celebrate our anniversary in October because we love the peace of watching the water. This was our first visit and we were definitely not disappointed. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. My husband especially enjoyed the walk-in shower and high countertop in the hall bath. The kitchen is very functional with granite countertops and a smooth top range. I appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit as our stay was for two weeks. It is a little walk to the beach but good exercise and the grounds kept like a Forida postcard you would send saying "Wish you were here". The owner answered all my questions quickly and assured us we would love Sanibel. Monica in the Sanibel Arms office went out of her way to make us welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights of our visit was enjoying the Sanibel Thriller around the Island. The dolphins jumping in the wake of the boat was exciting. We also liked taking a picnic to the causeway to just sit and relax. Just a caution about the crows there that seem to love to picnic as well as they cost a carwash! Loved the shopping but was always glad to return to the condo for our dinner and an evening of television as everything was very quiet when darkness fell. We are senior citizens and would recommend to other seniors but there were many young families there and they were also having a wonderful time. The pool is a little deep for children but the beach is perfect.
