Nestled between Daniel Boone National Forest and Lake Cumberland this is an ideal vacation spot. This 2400 sq foot home can accommodate 10 to 12 people easily. Perfect for a family reunion. This is one of two, family owned, homes next to each other which combined could accommodate larger family groups up to 20. Spectacular views of the lake and mountains from the two rear decks.
Boat owners will have the use of a boat storage garage (13 by 36) with an on-site boat ramp across the road from the house and garage. The pool is also located across the road.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen and bed linens are provided. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath with 2 person jetted tub, dual sinks and separate shower. Lower level master suite has queen bed and private bath. Two other bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bath. One has a queen bed the other bunk beds with double bed on bottom, perfect for children.
There is a 50" TV/DVD and pool table in the lower level great room. There are two other TV/DVD in the home. There is a stone gas fireplace in the upper great room which overlooks the Lake and mountain view with floor to ceiling windows.
Activities: There are two marinas within 10-20 minutes from the house for boat rental and any type of water activities. The following activities can be found on site or nearby: Golfing, hiking, white water rafting, biking, horse back riding, Waterpark for kids, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing, jet skiing, wildlife viewing, sightseeing.
