Rental Policy:
Refunds/Cancellations - Upon signing your lease you will be asked to pay 50% of the total amount of your booking to reserve your home. The balance is due within 7 days of your arrival. All amounts are non-refundable and all reservations are non-cancelable. However, if you should need to reschedule your booking and we are able to re-rent your property, we will apply all paid rental fees (less one days rent) towards the new booking.
