A magnificent Georgian double flat over both ground and patio levels. Historically listed building circa 1820 in the Edinburgh New Town and only a short walk to Princes Street, the Castle, and many historical sites and museums.
Spacious accommodation: A Living Room, Formal Dining Room, 3 Large Bedrooms, Bathroom, Showerroom, Fully fitted modern Kitchen with seating, private patio. Fine detail throughout from the curved ornate iron stairway to the impressive crown moldings and ornamental fireplaces. Once owned and occupied by a Scottish Duke!
Unusual for an apartment you have your own front door. No shared entrances or buzzers.
We always provide first class accommodation as well as extras including Free Broadband Highspeed Internet for guests with a laptop, IPOD Docking/Speaker system, Gamecube and Games. Towels, Linens, Electric etc all included.
