Our home in Eagle Vail, Colorado provides a wonderfully warm setting in a small community with great access to all of Vail Valley Mountains, sites, shopping, restaurants and attractions in both Vail and Beaver Creek.
Our home provides a great set up for families as there are two different family rooms on different levels. The lower level is great for kids with TV, video, pool table and game tables. The family room on the mail level is perfect for adults to entertain and be comfortable (also direct access to deck and golf course). Also, main level master bedroom great for older parents - it is on the main level and by the main entrance. One step through main door and garage door. Easy access and accessibility in winter months.
Snow removal is taken care of during winter months. Lawn moving and sprinkler taken care of in summer months.
The kitchen has been recently upgraded and fully equipped. You'll even find sugar, flour, coffee, etc. to get you started on your vacation!
Homeowner will gladly provide conceirge services by booking restaurants, spa appointments and more. Just ask! WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY OUR HOME AND YOUR STAY!
