The location of the penthouse is one of the most coveted in Telluride. Everything in town is just out the front steps and we are only two blocks from the gondola where we have complimentary ski storage during ski season. One of the most frequent comments we hear from our guests is the amazing location. We are in the same block as The New Sheridan Hotel and located above Paragon Sports.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our guests comment on our beds and bedding over and over. We splurged on couture Italian Frette linens which are incredibly luxurious and beautiful. The best feature, however, must be the spectacular views from the great room and private deck. The deck is the highest downtown and is what sold us on buying the property in the first place. Our guests and visitors are routinely awestruck and shocked at the magnificent views in every direction. There's no better place to be than on the deck entertaining friends or enjoying the spa.

We fell in love with the beauty of Telluride nearly twenty years ago. Initially we purchased a condo in Mountain Village but then decided that we loved being in downtown Telluride surrounded by the shops, the restaurants and the colorful history of the town. An older building in the heart of downtown came on the market which we gutted and made into two dream properties. As Texans, this penthouse is our home away from home. We invite you to enjoy it as much as we do. It's our little nest of luxury.

The Heart of Telluride, is bar none the most fantastic place my family and I have ever stayed! The beauty and attention to detail throughout the property is amazing. This property is located in one of the most beautiful settings in the world, and yet the facility is so incredible we found ourselves torn over where to spend the bulk of our time. I think my favorite feature of the property, is the incredible view from inside and outside the top floor of the penthouse. It is breathtaking to say the very least. The heart of Telluride is located perfectly in the "heart" of the main street in Telluride, allowing for easy access to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants Telluride has to offer. I would recommend anyone book a trip to this fabulous property. It is the only place I have ever been, where I could literally never have to leave for the rest of my life!

this place plain and simply rocks. impeccable detail everywhere, no expense was spared. it essentially has 3 masters. amy, max, and the owners make you feel so welcomed and at home immediately. we first rented it in its inaugural year and it is now our tradition to rent it every blues & brews (sorry to anyone hoping to rent it out then, but amy gives us first dibs and we plan on keeping it that way). each time it's in the same perfect condition as the time we first rented it. we bring a large group, most of whom stay elsewhere, but heart of telluride is clearly the best entertaining pad in the entire town so there's a party going on there constantly. the location is ideal, two doors from the new sheridan and a short stroll the rest of telluride's nightlife. can't say enough good things, rent it and you'll feel the same.

We spent three glorious days at the penthouse and loved every minute of it! It is stunning! Magnificent views of the box canyon, a gorgeous rooftop patio with a hot tub, exquisite furnishings, the best location in town... what more can you ask for? The staff was so helpful and nice (Thanks Amy and Audrianna!). We will definately be back!

My husband and I still can't believe that you can rent a place as beautiful as this penthouse in Telluride. It is truly an architectural and decor show piece. The deck and windows in the penthouse made you feel like you were floating above the town and the 360 degree views were breathtaking. The caretaker was very helpful yet unobtrusive and the beds/linens were heavenly. I highly recommend this beautiful property although parts of me doesn't because we don't want it to be booked when we want it! :)

I have stayed in the Penthouse several times over the last few years. The location is perfect....Winter or Summer. The quality of finishing in the Penthouse is the finest I have ever seen. Everything is the finest-from the linens to the glasses. I actually hesitate to even write this recommendation as I really don't want to share the place with anyone else. That being said, Amy and Max (the caretaker) have been so good to me and done such a good job treating my family and me like royalty, that I believe they need to be recognized. You will not come across nicer, more fair and helpful people than these two. Ok, back to the penthouse. The rooftop deck and spa are absolutely perfect for entertaining and star watching. Stars in the sky that is. We've held several catered "get-togethers" on the property and they are always a big hit. The view is dynamite. I've stayed in several places in town and this is by far my favorite. Just don't book it when I want to be there!

The townhouse is stunningly beautiful , The beds are comfortable and made with luxury linens. From the penthouse terrace the view is breathtaking . All the luxuries and conveniences are there and nothing could have made our stay more enjoyable.

This is the most beautiful property anyone could ever imagine! Beside the location and the stunning views of the mountains, the property itself turned out to be even more gorgeous than the photgraphs. First class amenities across the board. The attention to detail was unsurpassed. It's hard to imagine that this is a vacation rental property.
