A warm and inviting lake get-away. Relax and enjoy this unique lake front home with your friends or family with all the fun of lake living at its best.
Our home has accommodations to sleep eight to ten guests easily with five bedrooms, three baths, plus a large den with a Queen-size pull-out sofa. Main level has the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed with adjacent 2nd bathroom in the hall.
Lower level has three bedrooms-- #3 with a queen-sized bed, #4 with fullsize bed,and #5 with twinsize bunk beds. There is one full bathroom downstairs in bedroom #3. Make room for even more with the two queen-size air mattresses for overflow sleeping.
The main floor also has a huge deck wrapping around the side and front, over-looking the lake, glass sun room also over looking the lake, a full kitchen, breakfast area and dining area,living room.
The lower level has the laundry area, family room, game room with a pool table and bar.
All rooms have TV's total of 9 so everyone can watch their favorite shows.
Step outside the family room onto the patio for cook-outs and seating overlooking the lake and dock. A total of 2400 square feet with all new furnishings and well planned layout for multiple family accommodations.
Also the dock has a new pier and room for 3 boats plus a 10' x 16' sitting area for just chilling beside the water. The yard, with 120 feet of waterfront, is beautifully landscaped with hundreds of flowering plants.
The house and gardens have a nice feel to them that all guests can really enjoy. Year round water for boating or fishing from the dock and a great quiet cove to swim, float and relax. Fishing, skiing, and swimming, this area has it all! Beautiful views from the house and dock!
Lake Norman is the largest lake in North Carolina with 520 miles of shoreline. The surface is approximately 32,500 acres, eight miles wide at its widest point and 34 miles long. We provide sheets and towels, and initial supply of paper goods, you bring the bathing suits, flip flops and beach towels! Jump on board and enjoy your vacation!
