It is the end unit (of 36 total condos in all of Coconut Grove) and is right on Kapalua Bay Beach, which has been voted the Best Beach in the World by readers of Conde Nast Travel magazine.

The unit is on the ground floor, which gives you a huge private lawn for a playground and to sit and watch the whales and gorgeous sunsets over the islands. It is fully equipped with all amenities and comforts one would expect of a luxury condominium in such a unique location.

          The climate is perfect - we never use the air conditioning. The sun sets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai and you will have an ideal view of it from our lanai (deck). Within walking distance are three of Maui's best restaurants and several others that offer outstanding meals in a wide price range. The ocean in Kapalua Bay is wonderful, and there are three other beaches in walking distance that offer a variety of sun bathing, snorkeling, and surfing. Walking, jogging, bicycling, and a variety of other exercise opportunities abound. And, if you like to golf, some of the finest golf courses in America are at your doorstep. If you want to just sit outside and look at the ocean, this place is great, but if you want an active adventure vacation, it's all there, too!
