Our community decks provide additional lounge chairs, tables and market umbrellas. Begin your day with a brisk run or a leisurely stroll along our enchanting sandy shores. Each centrally heated-air conditioned villa is beautifully decorated and accessorized. Our villas offer queen, twin or full sized beds. We provide all linens for your vacation, as well as a full laundry room for your personal use. Each villa is self-catering without daily interruptions.

Leather furniture and a fully equipped kitchen provide an opportunity to watch TV/DVD or catch a sunset from either your kitchen table or your recliner. Snack at the kitchen counter, park in your 2 spaces and walk to restaurants. Use the gas grill, play volleyball or board the Beach Trolley from our driveway. It transports you to our island communities for additional dining, shopping and recreational stops. Return to Cay Pointe Villa in the evening to celebrate glorious sunsets. Our resident managers and family offer an atmosphere to ensure that you "come as guests and leave as friends".

Step down to pristine white sand, an array of Adirondack chairs, beach loungers, volleyball court and beach toys for your day in the sun. We offer a selection of books, magazines, DVD's, CD'S and a children's treasure chest for your visit. You will find peaceful resting spots throughout our property.
