Feel the calming energy of the ocean and enjoy an unobstructed 180 degree, white water, ocean view, less than 300 feet from the beach in our newly renovated mid century modern building. Spread out with over 1600 square feet of living space in this comfortable tri-level unit. Everyone comments that the place is bigger than it appears in the pictures. Four out of the five rooms have full ocean views. You’ll almost feel like you’re on a houseboat. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the shore and wake up to a beautiful sunrise everyday. Watch the pelicans dive and the dolphins leap by day; See the twinkling lights of the “Queens Necklace” by night. Take a short walk to the famous Getty Villa or our local tide pools.

The kitchen, dining and living rooms are bright, open and spacious. All three overlook the ocean. Each of the two bedrooms and bathrooms are separate and private. One is on the top level and the other is on the bottom level. This place could easily and comfortably be shared with a co-worker or another couple. The décor is sleek and modern yet comfortable and homey. It is impeccably decorated with a chocolate brown and ocean blue, (sea and sand) color scheme. This unit comfortably sleeps 4 but we will accommodate as many as 6 people. There is a daybed on the deck that is wonderful to sleep on during a warm night or for a catnap during the day. We will supply 2 roll away beds (if necessary) with memory foam pads for added comfort. We also have the added bonus of direct entry to the unit from the garage.

Relax for a while and enjoy our welcome snack basket with fruit, nuts, protein bars, coffee and tea. We don't want you to have to run to the store the second you arrive. We are proud to say that we have never had a disappointed guest.

  • Valerie, You were an absolute joy to work with ... and the condo was PERFECT in every way. It truly was a HOME for us -rather than just a place to stay while attending our daughter's wedding in Malibu. Every amenity was there ... and then some - including a basket of treats and fresh flowers. WOW! The view was absolutely breathtaking. Easy access to PCH restaurants and attractions. Biggest high was sleeping with doors open and listening to the ocean. Not one single downer. Can hardly wait to come back again ... and we WILL!!!

    This is a copy of an email we received from a recent guest, Cassandra Jordan, who gave me permission to post her comments. It was cut and pasted and isn't edited at all. We had a great time!!!!!!!!!! I have memories of classical music playing upon my arrival. As I walked through the entry, I saw your beautiful granite kitchen (which I now refer to as "the every thing you could possibly think a person would ever need in a kitchen- "kitchen") You even had spices. The view of the ocean and the special touch you have given this home gave us a sense of peace as we walked through. The entire house is fully equiped with all one might need in every room, and it's spacious. The beautiful bathrooms even had q-tips and cottonballs!!! I can still see the bed with the brown leather headboard, the well appointed llinens...... soothing colors of blue and brown hues ....and the picturesque view of the Pacific Ocean from the master livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. It was absolutely breathtaking. The fresh sunflowers and white candles on the dining room table were a nice touch. We spent hours on the balcony sleeping and taking in the view....The ocean air was so soothing. We didn't get to watch the movies, but I noticed that you had quite a few dvds to choose from. Also, thanks for the extensive genre of music. Yes Valerie, thanks for all of your attention to detail. Mission accomplished girl!   • From the first incredible view of the ocean (from the bed!) in the morning, to the last glimpse of the string of sparkling lights down the coast in the evening, this lovely home makes you welcome and comfortable. The furniture, appliances and feel are at the same time elegant and soothing, and every amenity has been provided. And the space is larger than the pictures make it appear. As soon as we walked in the door everyone agreed we had made the right choice, and this is the best value on the coast. You could stay here happily and watch the dolphins,seals and surfers out the window,and it makes great base from which to explore. Valerie is wonderful to work with, and our entire experience was excellent(with the exception of having to leave.)

  • We just returned from our AWESOME stay in Malibu - 7/19-7/26/08. This home is everything you see listed, and more. The unit is so clean, and fully stocked in every way. The linens and towels are beautiful, and oh so soft!! Our kids are 21 & 17, and we never felt "on top" of each other. There is definitely plenty of room for two families. If you think the view looks great in the pictures, you should see it in person! We never got tired of sitting on the patio and watching the waves, dolphins, and surfers. We have beautiful beaches here in Michigan, but I must say the beaches in Malibu are simply breathtaking. This was an awesome value for all that we received. Valerie is very easy and friendly to work with, so if you're looking for that special getaway, this is your answer!

  • We stayed over the Christmas period 2007 and really enjoyed the views and the locality. Everything was as described and no problems whatsover. If your thinking of Malibu then I would strongly reccomend you rent here!
