The location of this home isn't all that will dazzle you...This gorgeous home has (8)Eight SPACIOUS BEDROOMS, beautifully decorated with all new furnishings, luxurious pillow top mattresses and fine quality linens for your utmost in comfort. There are 2 King size beds, 5 Queen size, and one room with 2 twin size beds. The master suite is a home within itself. A large dual headed shower, makeup area, dual sinks, massive walk in closet, separate toilet area and a soaker tub that allows you to gaze at the stars through its grande window overlooking the lake.
The MAIN FLOOR offers a massive gourmet kitchen that will “WOW” you. Fully stocked with all NEW amenities, you are sure to have everything you’ll need to dazzle your guests at food prep and serving time. Dinner time with friends and family is effortless and enjoyable in this incredible room. If you prefer to grill outdoors, the large outdoor BBQ and patio furniture await your use on the patio overlooking the lake. A second fridge/freezer and full size oven add additional convenience.
THE GREAT ROOM adjacent to the kitchen is the ideal entertaining area. 2 large leather sectionals with lounges offer comfort with cozy pillows and footstools which center around the wood burning fireplace. The 42” wall mounted plasma television and DVD can be viewed comfortably from the great room and the kitchen.
After a great meal and good conversation you can take the party (and your favourite bevy) outside for a relaxing hot tub. The fresh clean air, invigorating bubbles and view of the moonlit lake are sure to relax you before bed. But, if you find it’s just not enough to soothe you to sleep…
Venture over to the private massage room where you can be swept away to a deeper form of relaxation. A massage table among the calming décor of flickering candles, soft music and aromatherapy massage oils, (all complementary) amidst flowing fabric will ensure “a night to remember.” Arrangements can be made in advance for a massage therapist to come to the Manor at an additional fee.
A MASSIVE GAMES ROOM consumes the bonus room on the upper floor. Whether your a kid or a "kid at heart", the Slate Pool Table, Ping Pong and Foosball and will surely entertain and occupy the kids and adults for hours. With enough room still for for yoga or morning stretches, this room offers a quiet, calming and sun filled ambience. If you prefer your sports outdoors and want to burn up some energy... The basketball net and large concrete patio at the side of the Manor is ideal for a game of "one on one".
Enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper on the upper front deck. Step out through the double french doors onto the front balcony for a breathtaking view. Two quaint bistro sets perched high above the neighboring landscape offer a calming, refreshing way to start your day.
VASEUX LAKE is 3 km long and offers tranquility second to none. The use of (2) canoes and (1) pedal boat await your arrival and will surely evoke the adventurer within. The lake is a bird sanctuary with many varieties found nowhere else, thus in attempt to keep the ecological cleanliness of the lake only non-motorized boats are permitted. Excellent fishing opportunities for large mouth bass, and rainbow trout await the end of your hook & your fry pan. If you enjoy motorized water sports, Skaha Lake access is only a 7 minute drive away in Okanagan Falls. Skaha Lake is massive and from OK Falls you can boat all the way to the South end of Skaha Beach in Penticton.

Why the Owner Chose Penticton
The Penticton area brings memories of the huge "Peach on the Beach" back in the 1960"s. I began traveling to the Okanagan in the 60"s with my parents when I was a kid. We would make that 10 hour trek from Alberta cramped in the back seat with my family...in search of the "Land of Fun & Sun." I guess our fond memories of scorching hot sandy beaches, crystal clear lakes and fruit stands must have had an impact on me...as nearly 30 years later we are still loving the beauty of this gorgeous Canadian oasis. When the opportunity came up to purchase the property, we knew it was meant to be! Just 15 minutes from the beaches we played at as kids during our summer vacations, now sits our "Home away from Home." Frankly, it's just too beautiful to keep it all to oursleves. It only makes sense to let other's experience its wonder.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There is something so unique about Lakeshore Manor. From the moment you arrive...you can feel it. It's so much more than just a beautiful home on a lake. It has a tranquil energy that immediately calms and grounds you. It's so hard for me to share what I love the most about it as I'm pulled in so many glorious directions. Firstly, the house is so grande and expansive, you just can't help but feel like someone special when you are there. Everytime I'm at the Manor I have a new appreciation for life. Just waking up in the mornings to the view from the Master Suite is enough to put me in a fabulous state of mind. I know with certainty that I am more in love with life when I'm at Lakeshore Manor. Simply put...It's the closest to "Heaven on Earth" that I have experienced! Being able to feast your eyes on the view of the lake is a gift in itself. Immersing myself in the relaxation of the hot tub is one of my favorite indulgences. The fresh air, the calm crystal lake and listening to the sounds of the birds has a way of bringing me to the present moment...free of any worry. Ironically, with all the additional perks the house has (The games room, the spa room, the incredible kitchen and cozy living area)...I am quite content just gazing at the lake.
Nestled quaintly on the Breathtaking South end of Vaseux Lake, Lakeshore Manor is located 15 minutes from Penticton. (Between Okanagan Falls and Oliver).

We were a golfers girl's group that stayed at this fantastic home. We were so close to two great golf courses (Nk'imp & Fairview Mtn) that we will be going back. Great views too. The private home is right on Vaseau Lake with a large grass area for kids to play and we enjoyed siting down on the beach having a bonfire and siping our wine after a hard day on the course. The rec room with three game's table was the source for many laughs one night. The best feature of this house is the kitchen (lots of dishes/glasses/cutlery, pots/pans, serving trays, two refridgerators, two ovens, spices, and the list goes on). It is so well equiped and the island is a great spot to 'help' with the meals. This house has set a new standard for us because each person had their own bedroom!! It doesn't get any better! Thank you.

Joining together from many parts: AB, Chicago, Pheonix, Ottawa. Celebrating our 30th Anniversary plus a few "50th" birthdays was made possible by having this home and beautiful scenery available to us. We took part in much golfing and visiting wineries, taking part in a cooking class, picking up a few quilts from the local quilt maker and of course, the lake with some fishing and canoeing. Last but not least (the masages) provided by Anna really put us all at ease and able to get to even more wineries! The memories we've created will last a lifetime and we'll always look back to the very special time we had at Lakeshore Manor!

We truly appreciated your guide response and professionalism right from the booking stage through to the end of our stay. Some of our favorite hightlights...Being on the water, reading on the beach, water fights, seeing wildlife up close, (deer, quail, duck and Canada geese). Catching a fish. We also enjoyed going to various wineries. Our favorites were "Silver Sage, Gehinger Bros, Elephant Island). The kids loved the games room. Thanks very much, we enjoyed ourselves and hope to return (and use the firepit).

What a fabulous long weekend we spent in your home. There were 14 of us -- 8 adults and 6 kids (aged 9 through 14). The space was perfect with so many bedrooms and so many rooms to spread out. There was something for everyone. The grownups enjoyed touring the many wineries in the area, and then coming home to cook wonderful meals and drink great Okanagan wines. The kids loved the beach and the boats, as well as the games room. All of us enjoyed a campfire after dinner. And the views are amazing. We caught a stunning sunset on the last evening, with the sun streaming through the clouds to shine beautifully on the rocks to the east. Thanks for everything Trish. I can see why you love this place. Hopefully we'll see you again next year.
