This incredible 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner lot home has plenty of open living space with a sun-drenched living room, sky lights, plantation shutters and off street parking for 4 cars...perfect for families and entertaining! This is not an "investment property", this is my home when it is unrented, so it's full of top notch touches.

The tile and hardwood floors, as well as the secure fenced yard make this home pet and child friendly. All of the beach supplies you could need are waiting for you, like lounge chairs, beach towels, sand toys, rafts, etc. And in the winter, you can even cozy up in front of the fireplace for a bit of romance!

The large kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new spacious fridge, plenty of counter space and more gadgets than you could ever need (even spices). Also, just let the dishwasher do all the dishes for you! A folding high chair that attatches to the dining room table is available for kids.

The huge master suite/den has an ample sized desk (if you must work) and TV, DVD player as well as stereo with 5 disc CD changer. Also, a VCR with popular children's titles available. You can even close the adjacent french doors if you need some extra privacy to create a whole other space for work, reading, tv, music or a sleeping infant, etc. (A Graco "pack and play" is also on site.)
