Out of privacy to staying guests and for security reasons, we do not give out our location until a reservation has been made. A good reference point for our neighborhood is the 700 block of Live Oak and East Side Drive.

$175 per night. Sleep 4 comfortably, up to 6 guests. Min 2 night stay.
$450 for a two night weekend.
$1100 per week.
$3750 monthly. Above rates apply until November 23, 2009.

Add $75 cleaning Fee to any length stay. Security Deposit ($500) + 50% rent.
Pets must be declared. Pets are $10/nt. Pet Deposit $250.

  • I live in Austin but was having a small "reunion" of sorts. My house is much too small, so we rented this lovely house in Travis Heights in Central Austin. It was PERFECT! We cooked (and barbequed!) a great meal, hung out, caught up, but then were close enough to downtown and South Congress to play. We were able to walk to most places on Congress and catch the bus downtown--cheap cab ride back at the end of the night. Also short drive to Barton Springs. We loved this place! Thanks.

  • The house was great – really nicely furnished and very well equipped. We loved the neighbourhood – it’s an easy walk to the cool South Congress area & also the bat viewing. It was hard to believe that such a lovely place could be so close to funky shops & restaurants.

  • An awesome house. This is true Austin - both the neighborhood and the house's character. I am originally from Austin and wouldn't pick another area to stay - right in the middle of all that the city is about. Thanks to the great crew for a great time.
