Whether your vacation dream is relaxing time soaking up rays while searching the clear bay waters for visiting dolphin and manatee; or a more adventurous day that may include snorkeling, diving, fishing, boating, its all available as close as your backyard! The Florida Keys is famous for world class diving and is also proudly known as "The Fishing Capital of the World"

Accommodations:
Located 1 hour south of the Miami International Airport (MIA) and 1 ½ hours from Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) our ground level property sits in a quiet area overlooking the Florida Bay. Entertaining is a breeze as the newly remodeled kitchen is set up to make cooking a feast truly a pleasure. There’s plenty of room for all in the spacious dining room. Or consider a cookout in the backyard, eating al fresco while witnessing a spectacular show, compliments of Mother Nature (our favorite way to dine)!
Dock your boat on your own protected boat basin or lift your boat out of the water on a 5000 lbs lift.
The Master suite has a King size bed, a large closet, a private bath, and a spectacular view of the open bay. The spacious 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a large closet. The second bathroom comfortably accommodates guests from both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The oversized 3rd bedroom comes with two twin beds and a sitting area for watching TV or maybe video gaming (A great kid’s room). There is a full size laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board etc. Luxury linens are found throughout! If you find any time to spend indoors, the living area is spacious and comfortable with a large flat screen TV (DIRECTV included). We ask that there is absolutely No Smoking allowed inside the house. We also have a no pets policy but can possibly make exceptions for well behaved dogs. Please call first to discuss the requirements and please understand that an additional security deposit is required for your other cherished family member!

Aside from the privacy and amenities offered by our piece of paradise, we believe it also is an excellent value when compared with quality hotel rooms in our area.
Dockage:

Excellent fishing-both back country flats and deep blue water offer fish galore! Bring your own boat to dock at your back-door, rent one for your stay, or charter one for the day! Jet Ski and kayak rentals are nearby as well. There is also great fishing and fish watching (swimming too) right from your pier.
Activities:

Breathtaking sunsets, fabulous diving , excellent fishing, and sunning all day can bring on a good appetite! Numerous restaurants and bars abound nearby. Several are within walking distance; lots have live music at night, and many are accessible by boat (our favorite way of getting around). The Keys’ is known for its great seafood (many places will cook your catch too)! Don’t forget to save room for our famous Key Lime Pie.
Other activities nearby include John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Sun Cruz Casino boat, Swim with dolphins, wild bird sanctuary, Holiday Isle (famous for reggae music and rum runners), and of course the famous sandbar off Islamorada. Key Largo Pool/Park (walking distance) has a skate park, a children’s"Pirate Pool" with a water slide as well as a jog/bike path, tennis courts, and an additional pool for everyone. Lots of shopping too!

Fun and historical Key West is only 99 miles south. This is a great day trip and a beautiful drive over the Seven Mile Bridge.
