Lovely 1600 square feet, three bedroom cabin located on a Bold Mountain Creek built in 1994.

The three bedrooms have one king, one queen, and one double bed; there is an additional day bed in the loft. The master bedroom opens onto a large covered porch overlooking the Creek. The living room boasts a tongue and groove vaulted ceiling that is highlighted by a dry-stacked native-stone fireplace. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

The cabin is very well-equipped, well-maintained, and nicely landscaped, as the owners live within a quarter mile. It is conveniently located near all the attractions in the Smoky Mountains area.

  • My famiy just returned from our 2nd visit to Burke's cabin. As before, everything was wonderful. There are so many nice things to mention. The Burkes have thought of everything and I do mean EVERYTHING...from the clothes steamer right down to the grill top over the campfire (for wiener/marshmallow roasts) creekside! My family was amazed at how little we need to take for our visit because when we rent homes at Myrtle Beach, S.C. we practically have to take everything but the kitchen sink! At the Burke's we don't have to take our own sheets, hand soap, kitchen towels, etc., I would recommend (and have) to anyone. We have taken Fla. friends and S.C. family up to the cabin with us. Brennan, Debbie, Gary Burke and their friendly pets are very special to our family. Can't wait for our next trip. The women in my family are planning a "girls only" trip for the spring!
