Great 3 story condo located in the heart of Bear Valley. Sleeps up to 13 people, great low rates all year long. Walking distance to everything. We offer everything you need, including special FREE extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, sugar, clean linens and towels upon arrival as well as many other added extras. Families are welcome. Special weekly rates available, up to $300 off a week!!!!

Summer is here!!! There are so many fun family activities. Many nice lakes, Mountain biking, road biking, dirt biking, hiking, fishing and 4 wheel drive trails. Ask us about specials! Other Activities	Bus stop to Bear Valley Ski Area is just a short walk from the condo. Leaves every half hour. NO need to drive. You can ski from the area back to the condo. All restaurants and stores are a very short walk away. Less than 1/4 of a mile. Large parking lot across the street and entrance is plowed regularly. Covered walkway.
