- Bus stop to Bear Valley Ski Area is just a short walk from the condo. Leaves every half hour. NO need to drive. You can ski from the area back to the condo. All restaurants and stores are a very short walk away. Less than 1/4 of a mile. Large parking lot across the street and entrance is plowed regularly. Covered walkway.
