Stayed here for 9 nights with my S.O. as we were getting married nearby. When you rent this unit, you are renting it for the location. Great views from the condo and direct access to the Kapalua trail from the back slider. The windows did get grimy with sea spray as another reviewer mentioned; unfortunately I didn't think to ask them to be cleaned. The condo has great square footage and feels large, especially just for the two of us. The condo is partially upgraded with some new cabinetry and granite in the living area. But the bedroom and bathroom are in sore need of a refresh. The kitchen is small, but functional. The amenities in the kitchen were average and all dishes and utensils were worn. The property mgr, Jake, was responsive to my questions via email. Overall, it's a great place based on location (5 min walk to Kapalua Bay Beach, 2 min walk to Oneloa Beach)and the beach chairs and towels came in handy, but the pictures definitely make it look a bit nicer than reality. Also the cleaning fee was about 25% higher than most other rentals available in the complex from other agencies. If we return to the Kapalua Villas, will probably try a different unit, but this one was a good for the price we received.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.
