The stretch of beach along the Gulf Coast is awesome white sand. Navarre area is not as congested as some towns and enjoy the space on the beach. We have stayed at the Caribbean and Beach Colony although both very nice we found the Pearl very well maintained, secure and had nicest pool area. The condo owners were very nice to deal with and unit was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Reasonable and peaceful.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband and I spent a week in this wonderful condo. We had lovely weather to sit at the beach and the beach service was very handy. It was nice to just carry down a tote and small cooler everyday instead of hauling our beach chairs down, too. We were not sure whether we would like being on the thirteenth floor, but the view was actually incredible. Most of the days the water was clear which made viewing great. From the balcony we saw dolphins everyday and frequently in great numbers. We watched rays pass back and forth in the clear gulf waters. The condominium was clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The unit was decorated in a very attractive manner. We look forward to staying there again in the future and would highly recommend it to our friends or family. Also, the owner was accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Two of our favorite restaurants are within 1/2 hour; we like Peg Leg Pete's on Pensacola Beach and The Fish House in Pensacola. Basically we enjoy the beach, but if you want to visit an attraction we have always loved a trip to the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

First off, Linda and Ike were amazing to work with and rent from! The condo was more than we could have imagined! We spent 6 nights and felt just at home. The kitchen was perfect to cook in, with everything you need. The living room was huge and comfy, with the balcony from the 13th floor being perfect to view the beach on! The master bedroom was amazing, the bed was extremely comfortable and waking up in the morning being able to see the beach was unreal! The master bathroom was nice as well with a huge walk in tiled shower and jetted tub that was relaxing! We recommend this condo to anyone. We can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My sister and I spent a few days in this condo in April - what a relaxing get-away! Everything was exactly as described, and the owners were pleasant and helpful. Interestingly, our family has just returned from a week at Beach Colony, and although it was very nice, the master bedrooms at The Pearl are much larger. THIS master bedroom has a chaise lounge -- perfect for "escaping" to do some reading. The balconies of Beach Colony are beautiful and very large, but you can hear/SEE your neighbors on their balconies ("up close and personal")-- whereas with The Pearl, the balcony is completely private. I would highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

About the owner: We are mid-westerners but have always loved the water and specifically the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico a place to share with our families. We became full time Navarre Beach residents in 2007.
Why the Owner Chose Pearl of Navarre Beach:
We purchased our condo at the Pearl because it is a quality gated facility and we always wanted to live on the Gulf of Mexico. After vacationing in many different destinations in Florida, one visit to 'Florida's Best Kept Secret' had us hooked! It is family friendly,ride your bikes through the National Seashore or play on the beach. It is a 'beach neighborhood' not an overcrowded resort. Truly a home away from home!
