Our most comfortable home. Amazing hot water heat. Two massive decks. Our largest great room. Custom built 15 year old with lots of thoughtful additions. Its a big big cabin - 3000 sq ft. Highly recommended if you are considering building in the future just for the ideas.

All the conveniences of Denver are just 30 minutes away. Loveland skiing also 30 minutes away. Surround yourself with the Rockies without spending hours and gallons to/from the crowded ski areas.

Nearly every morning you'll be greeted with a nice to spectacular sunrise and almost every night the lights of the city are an absolute thing of beauty. Gently sloping 1.5 acres that kids will love to play in. There's a large area where you can keep an eye on them from the decks.

Year Purchased: 1909
Like many things in life, our first vacation home came about due to a mishap. The same week, we bought our second home, I lost my contracting position. We looked for EVERY possible way to rent it and found greatrentals dot com. Got a long term thru the local paper but two years later after the long term renter's lease expired, we gave it a go. We ended up making lemonade out of lemon. Miraculously, we were able to move out here the following year.
