Our family of four had an amazing stay in ABQ and this townhouse was a real highlight of our stay. This home is within a short walk of Old Town and beautifully appointed. The backyard is the perfect place to have breakfast before heading out for a day of sightseeing. Chuck is a wonderful host and filled his home with every possible thing you would hope to find throughout the home.
Owner response:Thank you Jeanine for you wonderful comments! I am so glad the house worked so well for your family; both in location and amenities. I also appreciate you helpful comments about places to see around Albuquerque, in the guest book at the house.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We highly recommend this place. Chuck is a great guy, very quick to reply to questions, very smooth transaction. The location is terrific, easy walking to Old Town, easy access to the interstate. It's even lovelier in person. Comfortable, affordable, clean, and convenient. What more could you ask for? This is a no-brainer.
Owner response:Thank you Sue for the wonderful comments! I am glad you enjoyed your stay in Albuquerque! ~Chuck

Visit: 7-9-09 thru 7-14-09 Having moved away from Albuquerque over 4 years ago, this was my first visit back! My sisters from Dallas and I met in ABQ for one of our crazy weekends! We chose this VRBO because it looked great -- the pictures don't do this place justice! The entire home-from the well equipped kitchen, up-to-date ammenities (wi-fi), secure garage, and unbelievable outdoor living spaces-was absolutely more than we could have hoped for! Old Town is in easy walking distance as are many other Albuquerque attractions. Highly recommend this location for an Albuquerque visit. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

I stayed here for a conference with three of my colleagues. We had a wonderful time! The house and yard were absolutely beautiful. The location was great, right near the Old Town Plaza, the Biological Park, and the Rapid Ride Bus stop. I highly recommend you stay here!

Extremely well equipped, decorated and cared for. Great to relax around the fireplace in the landscaped garden. Just a short walk to dining, parks and attractions.Easy drive to golf, zoo and balloon festival. Owners take care to provide "guest guide" and household essentials. Don't miss Jazz Night at Season's Cantina in Oldtown. We'd have no reservations about recommending a stay here to friends or relatives.

Dan & Chuck, Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We loved the location & easy access to so many different activities. The little 'extras' e.g. tea bags, coffee, etc. were much appreciated. We were very comfortable in our "home away from home". Thank you for maling out visit to this area a real treat!

Chuck, We really enjoyed your vacation home! The morning glories were still in bloom and reminded me of my old home in Roswell. The location was perfect for my nephew, his wife and myself for getting to Old Town. The Balloon Fiesta Park was very accessible from here using the Interstate. Thank You!
