Great location on premier crystal clear 1400 acre Big Sand Lake just east of Siren, WI. Only about 90 minutes from Minneapolis/St. Paul. Good fishing and recreation. Recently remodeled cozy cabin right on the water with 120' shoreline. Private dock and 5 person paddle boat included. Completely furnished. Large full kitchen. One bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom with a double lower bunk and single upper bunk. Double futon in the living room.
Quiet, peaceful area. Listen to the loons and enjoy the views of the lake.
Off the main State Road but not too far from Siren or Webster for golfing, miniature golf, hiking or biking trails, movie theater, shopping and restaurants. Local bar/restaurant within walking distance. Nearby Little Turtle Hurtle Casino and convenience store less than a mile away.
Everything is included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kitchen is fully supplied with cooking utensil, dishes, pots, pans, etc... To help keep rental costs low the property does not include housekeeping service.

Generally 1 week minimum rentals July/Aug
$300/wk Pontoon rental (Sep thru June). $325/wk July/Aug. $350/wk holidays
Daily pontoon rental $65/day (pontoon rental duration must match cabin rental)
2 week rental get a 10% discount from the normal rental rates, 3 week rentals 15%

I am originally from Northwest Wisconsin but I am currently in the Navy stationed too far away to regularly enjoy the cabin so that is why I am renting it. My wife and I love spending time there with our family when we can.
