This pet friendly home is truly a classic Bend Bungalow located in historic downtown Bend, Oregon. One block South of Franklin Street gives you peace and quiet while just a quick stroll to all that downtown Bend, Oregon has to offer with fine and casual dining, night life, boutique shops, coffee houses, wine bars, art studios and yoga! Drake Park is only a couple blocks over as well. Three blocks to The Old Mill Quarter and Shopping Center are also within walking distance offering more shopping, dining and Regal Cinema Movie Theater with 16 screens for movie viewing.
Besides being unique and conveniently located, the Downtown Bend Bungalow offers a hot tub, WiFi, is pet friendly and sleeps 10 comfortably.
Enter into the living room with a sofa sleeper, television with a vcr and dvd player and to the left is dining for 8. The King Suite, with pillow top mattress is located down the hall and to the left and the Queen Suite with pillow top mattress is located to the right with a full bathroom, all located upstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a four burner electric stove and a kitchen nook for 4. The relaxing hot tub is conveniently located off of the kitchen with a gas grill and cafe table and chairs for two. surrounded with grass and old growth shrubbery and landscaping with basalt rock lining throughout. Two classic cruisers -- his and hers bicycles for a quick ride all over the West side and down town Bend!
Twin trundles and a full sized futon and half bathroom are located downstairs with the washer and dryer and a small television with a vcr and children toys. Available for your pleasure are extensive vcr and dvd movies and a book collection as well.
Do you need extra room? We can accommodate up to ten more in fully furnished town homes located behind the house!
