If you want to ski or enjoy the myriad of other activities that the Sandpoint/Schweitzer Mountain area has to offer without paying resort prices, then this is the place for you. The Quiet Moon hut will provide you the cozy retreat you are looking for after a tough day on the slopes, the trail, or the water. Cook a delicious meal, have a hot shower, and settle in for a movie or enjoy a night on the town.

Less than four miles from town brings you within easy reach of fine dining, brew pubs and wine bars, music, or a show at the historic Panida theatre. After a good night's sleep, you are just a short walk from the Schweitzer Mountain shuttle and getting to do it all over again. Less than a quarter mile walk is a public Forest Service trail, the Mickinnick.
