Welcome to Marina South I at Cape Harbor...Southwest Cape Coral’s newest and premier tower residences. Unit #1507 is a luxurious penthouse, decorator furnished, three bedroom, two bath with all amenities easily accessible. There are 10 foot ceilings throughout, with marina or bay views in every direction.
The interior amenities include a king size bed in the master bedroom with it’s own private bath and direct patio access with bayside views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom offers two twins. In addition to the above living space, their is also a furnished office/study space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to entertain and is furnished with granite counter tops, smooth top electric range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and washer/dryer. There are two 26” flat screen televisions with DVD players located in the living room and master bedroom.
There are two designated, covered parking spaces for our unit along with a private swimming pool. Additionally, our guests have access to the Cape Harbour clubhouse, exercise room and an additional pool within easy walking distance.
One of the greatest attractions at Cape Harbour are the restaurants, cafes (with Wi-Fi), ice cream shop, and an exceptional array of retail shopping as well.
