Rates are the same no matter what location you decide to stay. Rates are based on the size of the unit and which development: Sean Garden, Mayan Palace, Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss or Grand Luxxe.

We will rent our 3 bedroom condo/Villa at $3,950 per week, but for a limited time, it is only $2,950 for the week (plus approximately $100 tax upon check out). We will include 16 rounds of golf ($2,400 value) and 2 massages ($150 value) during your week stay! There is also a free tennis clinic and use of the spa. Free high speed wireless internet connection is available.

If the Luxxe Villa is too over the top for you, we are also renting our weeks at the Grand Mayan and the Mayan Palace.

The Mayan Palace is the premier resort developer in Mexico. Offered is a large living room separating two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, the other contains two single beds, which can be pushed together for another king bed.

Everything about this resort is total class. From marble and tile throughout, to the Mayan/Aztec replicas in the lobby, to some of the largest pools in Mexico. The beach is wide and sandy.

We also have availability in Nuevo Vallarta, Acapulco and Cancun at the same prices. Every resort has a Jack Nicholas designed golf course. We will provide our guests with a 20% discount off of green fees, unless you select the Grand Luxxe, which comes with 8 rounds of golf included in the price.
