The Master Bedroom [Catania Mountain Views] KING PILLOW TOP - wake up to great morning view of Finger Rock in the Catalina’s. The Master Bath is spectacular - blue/green slate everywhere; double Kolher sinks - overhead walk in shower - Jacuzzi tub - a party size closet with views.
The SE Bedroom has a new [10/07] memory foam queen size bed, from which you enjoy city light views in the evening and views of the Tucson Mountains in the morning. This bath has a shower surround in slate in a number of colors, a Kolher pedestal sink, and a view of the city.
The SW Bedroom is the kid’s room: brand new [10/07] pillow top side by side single beds with memory foam toppers. City light views. The bath was once the master bath in this renovated ranch home. It has a great slate shower - even the ceiling is slate - and a huge walk in closet.
The 4th bedroom is a guest studio under the same roof but entered only from outside. It has a queen bed size couch bed - WITH AN AIR MATTRESS - IT IS SUPER COMFORTABLE - AND IS ALSO NEW 10/07. The guest studio is about 400' feet - with a shower window that looks at the city. This studio has a slate kitchenette and bath, and great city views, day and night.
