Fish on private junction pool of 14th best stream in U.S., only 4 miles from 3rd best [year round dry fly fishing] river and 15 miles from Spring Creek. Deck and beautiful riverside beach with chaise/table at junction of River and Creek-- launch rafts/kayaks onto Class 3-4 water.

Ski Aspen/Snowmass/Highlands downhill, excellent elk hunting within a few hundred yards, as is bus access, store and post office. Queen and double bed, fold out couch and two other couches, hot water heat built into pine floors of bedrooms and living room. Gun cabinet, fishing rod and ski racks.
