Hutchinson Island is off the eastern coast of Florida, 45. min north of West Palm International airport and 30 miles south of Vero Beach.
The Condo is on the 4th hole of the Ocean Club Golf Course overlooking the lake. If you like privacy - tennis courts, a heated pool and an outdoor grill are right out side of the condo! If you want more of a resort feel, the Marriott is 100 yards away with a large pool and Tiki Bar!
The Condo is fully furnished with a breakfast bar, large screened porch and private parking. It's fully equipped with towels and linens, kitchen appliences, golf clubs, tennis raquets, beach chairs and more! A membership to the Ocean Club is included with the rental for access to the Island's golf course and private beaches, as well as, all of the Marriott Hotel's amenities.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath, walk in closet and an outside patio. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of double bunk beds - perfect for children! The loft has a king size bed with a queen size convertable couch, plenty of closet space and a private bath.
This is one of the only condo's in the area that can sleeps up to 11 people. It's perfect for large families!

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
As avid sports fans, we selected this location for its proximity to the great golf courses in the area and spring major league baseball. It's a great place for two foursomes to gather as we do with our frineds every year. We always take advantage of the private pool and barbecue right outside our door and the marina 100 yds away to go boating and jet skiing. Our children love to snorkel, surf and fish; our parents love to walk around Stuart and Jensen Beach; we love to frequent the local resturaunts with our wives. It truely is a location that has something for everyone.

After renting on the island for over 15 years, Mike and John purchased this large condo on a golf course to enjoy the many amenities that Hutchinson Island has to offer. We bring our families every winter and summer to take advantage of the golfing and tennis, surfing and snorkeling, boating and jet skiing and all of the local eateries and events. With 2 boys and 3 girls respectively, and numerous nieces and nephews across the US, this large condo is a great place to stage family reunions and get togethers.
