Costa Vista is a gorgeous beach townhome. You must see our New Upgrades with Travertine/porcelain tile, and recently Decorated 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath beach location in the heart of Destin, FL. Updates also include a 50" TV in the living area with Larger TV's moved into Bedrooms! We are located in Destin. "Sea Turtle Watch" is a lovely town home just across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico which is your view of your water's edge. Watch for Dolphins playing, jumping, and making your stay on the beach a visit of a lifetime. Enjoy morning coffee out your bedroom door on your private balcony, and you might get a glimpse of the dolphins passing through, or see the exotic shades of red and orange as the sun sets over the ocean. Balconies are off the living room and the master bedroom with a serene unobstructed View of the emerald green waters. Newly Decorated Master bedroom has a pillow top Sealy Posturpedic queen size bed, 300 count luxurious sheets, full bathroom and balcony with an Unobstructed view of the ocean. You can gaze out onto the ocean while sitting in bed or waking up with your morning coffee. The other bedroom has an exquisite pillow topped queen bed with bathroom next dooor in the hallway. Both bedrooms have Gulf views with TV, cable, DVD & CD players with extra connections for the kids' games. Freshly updated with light fixtures, accent paint, bathroom mirrors & faucets; this unit has everything you need plus more! There is a brand new full size sleeper sofa with additional sleeper couch, a twin mattress and full size blow up mattress are available for small children and unexpected guests. This unit sleeps 11.5 + people; very well. Kid Friendly! Pet Friendly. Pets are allowed on the beaches of S. Walton. At your Costa Vista Unit named "Sea Turtle Watch" you have ability to park two large luxury vehicles or three small compacts for your covered parking and courtyard entrance. The separate courtyard entrance has a shower for rinsing off items from the beach and private entry allows you quick access for excursions on your daily, weekly, monthly or winter retreat!
The swimming pool is just outside the unit, easy to nap with the breezes and get that warm, bronze tan with the sun's rays. The Sterling's stated they mostly enjoyed the Gulf Views, location for shopping & restaurants, and pool & beach access offered with this townhome in Destin, FL. They commented on everything needed was provided with a "homey" atmosphere for their get a way.
