We stayed at Costa Vista in early November, Weather was great and everywhere was peaceful that late in the season. The Condo was just as described, very easy to find and Suzette was great to work with. It is just a very, very short walk to the beach. Loads of room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and clean. Miramar Beach is about 6 miles south of Destin but plenty of stores close by, Publix, Wynn Dixie and a huge WalMart if that grabs you. The stairs give old timers a bit of a workout but then a few brisk walks on the beach gets you back in shape. Will definitely stay there again.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

My family had a wonderful time here! We had nine people in our group and had plenty of room. Everything was just as described, very spacious and comfortable. Suzette was so easy to work with, we will definitely go back! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!!!! The Johnston's and The Gaskin's!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo.The beach was very beautiful and walking across the street was no problem.The location was very nice and close enough that we could carry our bags and even chairs that were provided at condo. We loved having all the necessities of home right there, along with being able to cook our on meals. Which we did several days and nights. We enjoyed sitting on balcony watching the waves, especially in the evening. Once again thank you Diane for all your help and Suzette for renting your condo out to us. The beach across the street was easy to access, the moon was gorgeous on the water from our views, and the Master King Bed was so comfortable. We will be back because it I slept so well and love your adorable home! Thanks for having us as your guests! We'll be in touch, soon.

Love this place. Mr daughter her husband and children (2) and my grandson and 1 other along with my husband stayed at this wonderful place. I thought at first we might be a little cramped until I saw the place. Very roomy clean and has all the comforts of home. Very close to the beach and some very good views. I took pictures of boats sailing off from the balcony that I loved so much. Being in a popular vacation town I thought it would be loud I was fooled on that also. Very quiet place and friendly people around you. Thank you so much for letting us stay we had a wonderful time. (Also thank you for the coupons listed in the book.)

I didn't have the kids and just remembered how quiet it can be. I walked on the beach every day, had seafood every night, and slept like I had not slept for years. We are coming back and bringing the jetskis with the kids, next time! I will call you so we can reserve this home because it is so peaceful and relaxing.

We absolutely enjoyed our week at this getaway spot. Clean & comfy. Amazing beach is close by. Great restaurants nearby, too. It has all the kitchen/bathroom necessities. The two dogs loved it, too. There's a George Foreman grill, which we used as well. We had to buy some extra toilet paper and such but no big deal. We'll likely rent again!

The location is perfect. Easy, quick walk to the beach, which is just across the street. The condo is very clean & quite. It was the perfect place to relax, but is very close to everything. Popano Joe's is very close and the food is wonderful! Diane is very nice and helpful. We will definately stay here again in the future. We highly recommend this condo. God Bless~Lori

The location was perfect across from the beach and views were captivating from the windows. The balconies were great for breathing in the salt air, eating, and putting up our feet. We have stayed at Costa Vista in the past, but not this unit until this year. We think this townhome has the best decorating and cleanest atmosphere compared to the other one's at Costa Vista. Hope your place is available when we return. The covered parking is convenient for our family, also. Thanks for a great place to stay during our vacation!

I enjoyed my vacation at your beach property. It was decorated nice and felt homey and clean. Loved the beach with a quick easy walk for a retired older person, as I am. It was great hearing waves from the balcony and watching the beach through the windows. The openness and light airy feeling of the condo made our relaxation even more enjoyable. The location of this property is perfect for the beach across the street, Pompano Joe's Restaurant around the corner, and just hangin out on the beach. The unit had everything needed for our vacation. We'll be back next year since everyone had plenty of activities to choose. Great Central location was close to everything. The Views were enjoyable and the pool kept Clean!

Hi This Beautiful condo location on Holiday Isle at 705 GulfShore Dr. Destin FL 32549 it sits across the street from the ocean with beach access 1 min. From the balcony you can enjoy view of the water and also from the inside living, dining room area. I like to keep my place very clean and give you wonderful service. After staying in my place I will mail you coupons for your next visit. You may share them with friends or family. We also have a boat Slip with no extra cost. You can bring up to 34 foot boat and dock your boat behind the townhouse. If you are looking for a wonderful vacation place with a great price this is it.
