  My husband, my 10 year old daughter and I are return visitors to Southwest Florida and this was are sixth visit to this area. The condo was all we could have hope for! The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. The unit was extremely clean and fully equipped. The resort style pool was clean, beautiful and provided hours of family fun. We also spent time in the fitness center which had all the modern equipment and a great view of the pool. The condo is also centrally located to all the great beaches in the area (we recommend Vanderbilt Beach a short 10 minute ride away). The condo is also very close to many great restaurant (are favorite is The Fish House on Bonita Beach Road). If you're looking for an awesome ice cream place we recommend The Royal Scoop (a 3 minute ride away on Vanderbilt Road). We love this place so much we are already planning our return trip!

  THE CONDO WE STAYED AT WAS VERY SPACIOUS, WELL STOCKED WITH CLEAN TOWELS AND LINENS. EVERYTHING IN THE CONDO WAS VERY NEAT AND SPARKLING CLEAN. WE'VE STAYED AT OTHER RENTAL PROPERTIES, AND WITHOUT EXCEPTION THE KITCHENS WERE NOT ADEQUATLEY STOCKED WITH DISHES,PANS AND SILVERWARE. THIS ONE HAD IT ALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO EVERYONE.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  We enjoyed our stay at the unit. The unit was in very good shape, has comfortable furniture and is close to Bonita Beach / Naples. The pool facilities are good and the Chickee hut is a nice feature offering food and drink options by the pool. The owner is very nice, organized and easy to deal with. We would recommend this property to others.

  Love the condo, it was beautiful exceptional clean. The pool was wonderful, you can order drinks and lunch from the Tiki bar. We have not relax this much in years. Look forward to coming back. Both my husband and I agree, it is the nicest place we have spent on vacation. Lot of great resturants, favorite Doc Fords in Ft Meyers. You will not be disappointed if rent this condo!!!!

  My sisters and I stayed her for a week. We wished we could have stayed longer. We took advantage of the beach chairs provided to soak up some sun at the beach. The unit is clean, well equipped and in a great location. The pool was very nice and the grounds well kept. Overall a great experience.

  We spent two glorious weeks in this condo. The owner is very accommodating, takes great care and has great pride in the unit. The condo is well equipped, immaculate in every way and wonderfully located - close to the beach, shopping, great restaurants and main travel routes. The pool area is very private, clean and has a fun tiki bar which serves lunch daily. The pool are has an island feel and the waterfall is very soothing. Many condos are owner-occupied and the people were very welcoming and friendly. Overall our stay was wonderful in every way.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  Great location, convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Pool and fitness center first rate. Clean, beautiful condo with modern appliances and comfortable beds. Nice view of morning sunrise from lanai. Owner was very attentive and provided lots of information about condo, Bonita VIllage and surroundings at check-in. Very efficient.

  Four adults in our party with plenty of room to spare, easy to get to from Fort Myers Int. Airport Owner met us at property and went over all the amenities of the property, answered every question. The condo village has it all. The large pool with the waterfall was our favorite, plenty of room and very relaxing. First Class exercising Room that I wished I had more time to use, very professional. Oh and do not forget the Theater Room at the Club House, very clean and well maintained and fully equiped complex. Inside the condo has a lot of room, very clean and well decorated. All the amenities listed met our approval, BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE! Condo has great location to Beaches, Shopping, and Restaurants… even walk to if you like. Owner’s recommendations for places to go, things to do and where to eat were right on. Loved Barefoot Beach and visiting Lovers Key. “Coconut Jack’s” has good grub. Will give this Owner “All the Stars” for this property and look forward to our next visit. Thank You. Douglas Schaeffer.   We spend two weeks here with nothing but good! We had no problems at all. The unit was more than we expected. Very clean and filled with everything we needed and more. The facility was great and the pool even better. It is a very good place to stay and convenient access to beaches, restaurants, Naples, Ft Myers, and all of the other attractions in the area. We’ll be back.

  My 16 year old daughter and her friend wanted sun, beach and pool during their Spring break. This lovely condo provided all the ingredients to make this trip a successful one. The condo was spacious, modern, clean and open. I like the Tuscany interior. The kitchen appliances are Tier 1 and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possible need. The mattresses were firm, linens of high thread count as well as down comforters on every bed. The condo's location was ideal to visit the nearby Bonita Beach but not a far ride to Vanderbilt Beach (10 mins). Scott was wonderful and very attentive in ensuring our visit was a pleasurable one. The girls visited the pool and gym often and everything met their expectations. This condo is a sure thing and one that I would definitely recommend.
