My husband, my 10 year old daughter and I are return visitors to Southwest Florida and this was are sixth visit to this area. The condo was all we could have hope for! The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. The unit was extremely clean and fully equipped. The resort style pool was clean, beautiful and provided hours of family fun. We also spent time in the fitness center which had all the modern equipment and a great view of the pool. The condo is also centrally located to all the great beaches in the area (we recommend Vanderbilt Beach a short 10 minute ride away). The condo is also very close to many great restaurant (are favorite is The Fish House on Bonita Beach Road). If you're looking for an awesome ice cream place we recommend The Royal Scoop (a 3 minute ride away on Vanderbilt Road). We love this place so much we are already planning our return trip!

THE CONDO WE STAYED AT WAS VERY SPACIOUS, WELL STOCKED WITH CLEAN TOWELS AND LINENS. EVERYTHING IN THE CONDO WAS VERY NEAT AND SPARKLING CLEAN. WE'VE STAYED AT OTHER RENTAL PROPERTIES, AND WITHOUT EXCEPTION THE KITCHENS WERE NOT ADEQUATLEY STOCKED WITH DISHES,PANS AND SILVERWARE. THIS ONE HAD IT ALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO EVERYONE.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay at the unit. The unit was in very good shape, has comfortable furniture and is close to Bonita Beach / Naples. The pool facilities are good and the Chickee hut is a nice feature offering food and drink options by the pool. The owner is very nice, organized and easy to deal with. We would recommend this property to others.

Love the condo, it was beautiful exceptional clean. The pool was wonderful, you can order drinks and lunch from the Tiki bar. We have not relax this much in years. Look forward to coming back. Both my husband and I agree, it is the nicest place we have spent on vacation. Lot of great resturants, favorite Doc Fords in Ft Meyers. You will not be disappointed if rent this condo!!!!

Nice condo, close to beach

My sisters and I stayed her for a week. We wished we could have stayed longer. We took advantage of the beach chairs provided to soak up some sun at the beach. The unit is clean, well equipped and in a great location. The pool was very nice and the grounds well kept. Overall a great experience.

Two week in paradise

We spent two glorious weeks in this condo. The owner is very accommodating, takes great care and has great pride in the unit. The condo is well equipped, immaculate in every way and wonderfully located - close to the beach, shopping, great restaurants and main travel routes. The pool area is very private, clean and has a fun tiki bar which serves lunch daily. The pool are has an island feel and the waterfall is very soothing. Many condos are owner-occupied and the people were very welcoming and friendly. Overall our stay was wonderful in every way.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great location, convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Pool and fitness center first rate. Clean, beautiful condo with modern appliances and comfortable beds. Nice view of morning sunrise from lanai. Owner was very attentive and provided lots of information about condo, Bonita VIllage and surroundings at check-in. Very efficient.

In Town For A Beach Wedding

Four adults in our party with plenty of room to spare, easy to get to from Fort Myers Int. Airport Owner met us at property and went over all the amenities of the property, answered every question. The condo village has it all. The large pool with the waterfall was our favorite, plenty of room and very relaxing. First Class exercising Room that I wished I had more time to use, very professional. Oh and do not forget the Theater Room at the Club House, very clean and well maintained and fully equiped complex. Inside the condo has a lot of room, very clean and well decorated. All the amenities listed met our approval, BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE! Condo has great location to Beaches, Shopping, and Restaurants… even walk to if you like. Owner’s recommendations for places to go, things to do and where to eat were right on. Loved Barefoot Beach and visiting Lovers Key. “Coconut Jack’s” has good grub. Will give this Owner “All the Stars” for this property and look forward to our next visit. Thank You. Douglas Schaeffer. We spend two weeks here with nothing but good! We had no problems at all. The unit was more than we expected. Very clean and filled with everything we needed and more. The facility was great and the pool even better. It is a very good place to stay and convenient access to beaches, restaurants, Naples, Ft Myers, and all of the other attractions in the area. We’ll be back.

Spring Break

My 16 year old daughter and her friend wanted sun, beach and pool during their Spring break. This lovely condo provided all the ingredients to make this trip a successful one. The condo was spacious, modern, clean and open. I like the Tuscany interior. The kitchen appliances are Tier 1 and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possible need. The mattresses were firm, linens of high thread count as well as down comforters on every bed. The condo's location was ideal to visit the nearby Bonita Beach but not a far ride to Vanderbilt Beach (10 mins). Scott was wonderful and very attentive in ensuring our visit was a pleasurable one. The girls visited the pool and gym often and everything met their expectations. This condo is a sure thing and one that I would definitely recommend.

Had another great week in Bonita Springs. We have stayed at Bonita Village 4 times and have always had a good experience. Plenty of amenities on the property, great resort style pool, nice work out facility, quiet and away from the busier areas of Naples and close to the beach. Of course the weather in Bonita Springs is fabulous and makes the trip there worth it every time. The condo we stayed in was very nice. It is well kept and everything makes you feel like you are in a very new place. All furniture and appliances are in good working order. Also, the owner has plenty of dishes, plates, etc. for you to feel like you are at home. The owner manages the rental himself and he is great to work with. Calls to follow up and provide updates before your trip and then after the vacation is over. Would definitely rent this Condo again.

This condo is very nice and very well maintained. As other reviews have mentioned, the owner (Scott) truly goes out of his way to ensure your stay is perfect. The condo is very clean and is equipped with everything you need. You really feel at home. The grounds/pool are beautiful. The condo is conveniently located close to 2 supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses, shopping and the beach (less than 5 minutes away). The outlet mall is also nearby (about a 15 minute drive). I would highly recommend this condo. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

This property in Bonita Village was absolutely beautiful! The condo was decorated very stylish& classy & felt homey and comfortable. Everything was there for you and spotless and maintained. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and was available by phone anytime. We had an elevator and a storage locker so didn't have to drag golf clubs up 3 floors. The condo was only 1 1/2 miles from Barefoot Beach and Bonita Springs Beach with restaurants and shopping within walking distance! Besides golfing 2 days,(so many golf courses within 15 minutes of condo) we took a Sunset Cruise in Naples Pier which was unbelievable! Punta Gorda in Charlotte Harbor was a great day trip(about an hour each way). Coconut Jacks and the Fish House are awesome! Can't wait to go back here!

My husband, 13 year old and 2 year old spent 5 fabulous day’s in this condo just a couple of weeks ago! I hope my review captures my enthusiasm for our short vacation and our relaxing stay at the condo in Bonita! Typically, when someone takes the family to Florida you are going with thought of packing the children up daily to head to the beach. Not in this condo! The pool area, grounds, cleanliness of the property and overall inviting and relaxing feeling we had completely took over! Shopping is wonderful, dining experiences are amazing and we couldn’t get over the beauty and meticulous care the owners had clearly worked very hard on to make the stay better that we could have anticipated. More impressive, was the owner and his wife who were available as a resource to us in so many ways during our stay. I have traveled all of over the US for short stays and have spent time internationally equally as often. This experience by far and the level of detail, décor and an overall warm feeling will bring us back for years to come! I’ve already shared photos and details with family and friends who will soon be booking their stay at this condo! For families looking for privacy and true R&R and an exclusive feel that cannot be found at a resort, you’ve found the place for you! Whether traveling with kids, a friend’s trip or a romantic get-away, you will find everything you are looking for right here in Bonita at this condo! This was our first family vacation in SW Florida, and we are looking forward to many more. This condo unit was even nicer and cleaner than the great photos on this site had led me to expect. The owner was incredibly helpful in all facets of our stay, from calling me before our arrival to ensure I had all of my questions answered, to checking in with me while I was there, to providing recommendations for eating, shopping and activities. The in-unit wi-fi, condo pool and fitness center were also great. The location was perfect because it was central enough to go to Sanibel, the Everglades, and several different beaches in between including Lovers Key, Barefoot Beach, and the Bonita Springs public beach.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Beautiful and relaxing. This condo is meticulously maintained and it shows! Not only that, but the pool, clubhouse and workout facilities were amazing! It didn't matter that some days were cool, because the hot tubs were great! You can't miss with this place.

We stayed for 1 week in Scott's property and really enjoyed the place. Great location, quiet, comfortable, great space , nice pool (s) and good facilities overall. Also appreciated proximity to a few beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. Scott was a great host and took the time to show us around upon our arrival. We stayed in the condo for 10 days and it was in perfect condition. The pool was great and all the food and beach you could need was within in 5 minutes. The renter is very thorough and is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is going to be in Bonita Springs.

We have had several family vacations at this property and HIGHLY recommend it! Its beautifully decorated, VERY clean, conveniently located, and has all the amenities including the best zero depth pool/cabana area! The owner is incredibly organized and accommodating by providing listings of all the great restaurants, shops, and beaches in the area. Some of our favorites are Iguana Mia, Randy's Fish Market and the smore's sunday at the Silver Spoon!

This condo is very special. It is very clean, well equipped, has great views and wonderful ambiance. Everything is exactly as described in the photos. The pool, clubhouse and workout facilities are outstanding. Scott met us upon arrival and walked us thru everything. The location is terrific - close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and everything that Naples has to offer is close by. What a gem! We loved this place and will be back next year.

This condo is exactly has shown on the pictures. Very clean. Beautifully decorated. The owner lives nearby and makes sure everything is perfect and that his guests are completely satisfied. Wow! Owners clearly pride themselves in having the best to offer others and treating guests as they would like to be treated. We could not have asked for more. We wanted to rent a condo for our family as we have family nearby and this was our first opportunity to vacation together. The condo was even nicer than it appears in the photos. Super clean, completely equipped and great location. The master suite was large and luxurious and the 2nd bedroom /bath combo made it easy for our 2 kids to enjoy their own space. The views overlooking the beautiful pool and grounds were wonderful and we enjoyed many early/late drinks on the lanai. Noise from pool was NEVER an issue. We really liked having the work out facility & were surprised to find it empty most any time of day- like our own personal gym. We liked the fact this condo was very comfortable and not beautifully decorated...more like a 5 star hotel. We were glad it was not "typical" beachy theme or tacky like so many other "luxury" condos we came across. Plenty to do within a couple miles, easy, safe access and nice people. We'll definitely stay here any time we come back to the area. A hidden gem for sure!

This beautifully decorated vacation condo lacks nothing in amenities, both inside the unit and on the property itself. Having friends in both Fort Myers and Naples, the location for us was perfect. The owner provides information on the excellent shopping and restaurants nearby and is very helpful with any requests. A wonderful winter get-a-way for Canadian snowbirds!

Our experience at this condo was totally positive. We loved the amenities the condo offered and were impressed with the cleanliness and modern conveniences it had. It is located near major roads for easy access to nearby shopping and dining. Sitting on the lanai which overlooks the pool was a great way to start each morning. The owner was extremely helpful with nearby attractions and directions. We were very happy with our month long stay!!
