"Southview Villa" has 5 large bedrooms and is just a short distance away from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld attractions of Orlando. Our home lies in a quiet secluded enclave of luxurious private executive homes surrounded by wooded areas and lakes.

Lake Berkley is a prestigious gated resort and centered around three sparkling lakes, with two private clubhouses and recreational facilities. Our pool and spa enjoy all day sunshine and overlook a lake that provides a truly tranquil place to relax and enjoy the peace away from the many local attractions.
When giving the theme parks a miss you can enjoy our professionally converted fully air-conditioned games room with its own full-size slate-bed pool table,Fusball table, Playstation II, DVD/Video combo and cable TV. It has two leather couches just made for lounging in front of the TV. The room is decorated with an eclectic mix of pool room memorabilia and all things USA!!! This room could be used as a second sitting room when required.
Most of the main rooms look out onto the beautiful pool and lake view. The Great Room has a cathedral ceiling giving a light, airy and spacious feel. It has three sumptuous soft leather 3 seater couches. For your enjoyment we have provided a home entertainments system, which includes a 52 inch LCD HDTV with digital cable channels complete with Home Theatre System DVD/CD player with an ipod Dock. Patio doors lead from the open plan kitchen and breakfast area, which has a large table and seating for six, onto the pool decking thus allowing you to enjoy the lakefront scenes whilst eating. There is an additional formal dining area conveniently situated near the kitchen.
The genuine south-facing pool and spa allows you maximum sunshine hours and overlooks a lake. Our pool now has a "Colour Splash" multi-coloured pool light offering a variety of lighting effects transforming our pool at night into a colour-rich paradise. This can be viewed on our website. A handrail is provided to help those of limited mobility to and from the pool. Privacy on the pool deck is of paramount importance, and to facilitate this we have a fence on both sides of the pool deck, without compromising the wonderful view beyond.
The opulently decorated master bedroom suite is located downstairs and overlooks the pool and lake. Furnished with a magnificent king-size bed, cable TV and video. The large en-suite includes a Roman-style oval bathtub, separate shower cubicle, WC, vanity basin and walk in wardrobe with a SAFE.
A second bedroom has a king-size bed, is located downstairs and has a flat screen remote controlled cable TV/DVD combo and fitted wardrobe. This versatile room can be changed into a room with two single beds should they be required. Positioned close to is a bathroom, fitted with a shower cubicle easily accessible to those with restricted mobility, WC and vanity basin.
The fully-equipped laundry room, with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board is also located downstairs as is the games room.
Upstairs you will find the second master bedroom which has views over the pool and lake and is fitted with another magnificent king-size bed and cable TV. It has an abundance of soft furnishing and is vibrantly decorated in a style to bring out the romantic in you. It is next door to the family bathroom.
The other two rooms upstairs are fitted with twin beds, each have their own flat screen remote controlled cable TV/DVD combo. One of the bedrooms has a Mickey Mouse theme. The family-size bathroom is also located upstairs and has a shower over the screened bath tub, WC and vanity basin.
Our gated community has 2 clubhouses, three minutes walk from Southview, one has a spa, gym/fitness room, cyber cafe/computer room with 2 PCs, each has their own swimming pool. One of the clubhouses has an Tiki pool-side bar, close by is a playground so the children can play while you have a drink, the other has a games room which will occupy older children.
There are tennis and basketball courts almost opposite the house. The main lake has a small beachfront, volley ball pitch and a children's playground. There is also a jogging path and a small nature trail running beside the lake.
The house is located near to the popular Route 192 with its many shops and restaurants. Wal-Mart is just 2 minutes away.
