This remodeled 4th floor unit has a great open plan! The cook will not feel left out while in the kitchen because it is open directly onto the living area. Great new granite counters and appliances have really updated this condo! It sleeps 5-6 with a king bed and 2 sleeper sofas. You will find all that you need in the kitchen for great meals. View the pool, tennis courts and Gulf right from your kitchen, living area or private balcony!!
The ever-popular Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located on exclusive Holiday Isle, a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Here, you're removed from major thoroughfare traffic and noise, but minutes from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.
Walk or jog on Holiday Isle's two and a half miles of sidewalks, or bike through its quiet neighborhood streets. There's simply nowhere else in Destin that can compare!
Just outside Holiday Surf's door you can step into our pool -- or take just a few more steps to the beach and and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The beach offers opportunities for windsurfing, parasailing, snorkeling, and fishing, and Holiday Surf offers lighted tennis courts and exercise facilities.
An easy walk along the beach takes you to the jetty, where the Gulf and harbor meet. It's the perfect place for the end of the day. Here, you can watch a parade of boats returning from Gulf to harbor as, behind them, the sun sinks into the Gulf.
Only a few minutes' drive will take you to Destin Harbor, home of Destin's world-class charter fishing fleet, plus sailing excursions, sunset cruises, pleasure boat rentals, diving and snorkeling trips. Wonderful water-view restaurants and fun dockside bars line the harbor.
Nearby are abundant shopping opportunities, from exclusive boutiques to outlet stores; antiques and art to sandals and bathing suits. Numerous golf courses and amusement parks are only a short drive away.

My family has been vacationing in Destin since the 50's and finally decided to purchase our own piece of paradise!! I have seen it grow and become a great destination place for families and singles alike. There are so many activities to enjoy or, do like me, and just enjoy relaxing with a great book!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While I am staying at my deligtful condo on the beach I so much enjoy savoring the beautful view of the beach and Gulf. I can spend hours watching the fishing boats, sail boats and other watercraft. Or, I may just sit back on my balcony and catch up on my reading. Every day is a new adventure in my home on the beach!!

My husband and I own a music store in Alabama. It has been a fun challenge in the ever-changing world of music. We also are involved in animal rescue which is our passion. We have several wonderful cats and dogs that we call our children. There is never a dull moment in our home!! We also love to take long hikes with our "dog children".
